I rented this u it a 10 x 20 for years. It went from. 75.00 to 180.00 dollars .it's not climate controlled, had ants building nests in it and my rent kept going up and up.had to insure my space or accept thier insurance to protect from fire and weather or provide my own and again had to get additional coverage to protect this company from them loosing thier building on neglect of anyone. They provided a building and what insurance did it cost them to protect us. NOTHING. I had to rent another space elsewhere 80.oo cheaper and they held the insurance on thier own place, i didnt have to protect them! I had to Storage Sense a two week time frame that the unit was empty and cleared out so they didn't charge me for another months rent or a cleaning fee. Money hungry owners. They go up on your rent when ever they feel like it, it doesn't matter if you have been a loyal customer for 12 years either. I wish I could have left Storage Sense years ago. No maintenance on the place. No dumpster available to its customers either. I had to carry off my trash to the facility that I rented from. Very disappointed. Shop around and get pricing.

Very clean storage, sweet in office. I was given very clear instructions and a key was on the door already. I think that this place is the best storage around. I've used green twice now.

They dont send a monthly bill. So if your late on your payment you wont know untill your late then u gotta pay the late fee and there is no cap.

It was very easy to find a unit online and then renting it. Also got a phone call from the local office manager who welcomed me.

The manger is very sweet, thorough and helpful!
They will make you pay the whole month even if you only use it for 5 days.

Excellent communication, easy to reach a human by phone, quick rental process. Wheeled carts for transporting boxes into the climate controlled units that are inside the building, down a hall, and around a corner would be a great addition. Being able to decline your insurance would be great too. I didn't store a lot but what I did store cannot be replaced so the added expense of something 100% unnecessary caught me off guard.
