Sorry customer service I just called for tech support and spoke to Dillon he said he didn’t know how long it would take for someone to come out to fix the problem I asked if it would be a day, a week or a month he said he didn’t know. I asked to speak to a supervisor ha said there wasn’t anyone there. We live in the Orchard and the only cable company we can use is Cspire . I feel like we are getting the run around. He hung up on me. When I call back all I get is a voice mail. Guess there is no customer service after 5. I pay my bill on time every month. I guess customer service is not important to them!!

I love them fast and reliable no issues since I’ve had them and I’ve had them almost a year you can connect a lot of devices without services interruptions so good for big families or people that work at home, high speed internet and the prices are very affordable so pocket and budget friendly. Their customer service representatives are very friendly and helpful as well.I can’t wait until they expand so I can get them at another location. If you’re able to get Troy cable ( Now Cspire) in your area I would recommend them before any other cable company !!!

We signed up for internet, alarm, and camers a few months ago when they were installing new lines in our area. Two weeks ago the alarm division called to come install early. We did not have internet yet. They decided to keep the original scheduled dates. I guess the divisions do not communicate with each other. They were scheduled to install today and tomorrow. They did not show today. I was told someone must have recorded the incorrect day. I sure hope this isn't how the service usually operates.C Spire recently installed new lines in our area. We only had one option for internet beforehand (satellite). We had internet installed yesterday at our home in Midland City. The technician was there for the scheduled time. He was professional, kind, courteous, and efficient. We absolutely love the new internet so far. Great experience overall. The outside lines have not been buried yet. That will take place in the next week. Not a problem.We had Troy cable a few years ago when we lived in Ozark. It was very unreliable. We canceled and went with another company.

We had a thunderstorm 4 and a half hours ago and still don't have internet. I guess this new company that bought Troy Cable, C Spire, doesn't really care for customer service they just want the monthly payments. Time to find a new internet provider. I was happy with Troy Cable, I wish they were still an option.

I work from home as a healthcare provider. We moved here 3 weeks ago and have had miscommunication after miscommunication. Everyone keeps stating it was someone else’s fault or misunderstanding. I have now gone 3 weeks without work which has impacted our family greatly as we had to relocate for my active duty spouse’s new position. I truly hope it will be worth the hassle once it has been set up.

Troy Cable (C-Spire) recently extended service along Willie Varnum Rd. Everyone was very Courteous & Professional during the sign-up & install. The 1gig service has been great & very reasonable. Fiber cable run has not been trenched in yet, but would expect that to be done with the same Courteous & Professional service as the original install. Thanks for bringing this service out to us.

Troy Cable was pretty good, I had started a service but needed to close it before I really got to use it, and they refunded and closed the account for me with no hassle.

Was not happy to see that once again the lobby wasn't open for business. Just saw your reply about the drive through being open from 2:45 pm to 5:00 pm, however I will was there at 10:00 am. This is not the first or even the second time this has happened the office in Ozark is routinely closed for one reason or another. Perhaps having more than two employees here at this office would be an option.

I been with trot cable since 2016 and been stuck on their coax plan which is 50 down and 4 up for $75.00 a month... I have been waiting and my neighbors on Juniper Drive have been waiting for them to install fiber optics in our area and still has not been installed . I understand it takes time and planning to Install it but going on 6 years and $5,400 and I'm still stuck with this low 50mb down and 4 up speed is ridiculous and when you ask customer service if they are ever plan on installing fiber optics in your neighborhood they can never give you a answer just a we don't know this stuff is planned years out . I just want faster internet at my home and if they don't have fiber installed by summer 2023 I am taking my service to Starlink because at least they offer faster speeds for almost the same price for the speeds we get now .They want us to register but once you register their is nothing you can do because it just says we offer coax and it's like we don't want coax we want a sign up for fiber.So hurry up troy cable / C-Spire or you are gonna lose a long term customer .

They claim they called twice and left a voicemail for notice of cancellation but I received multiple voicemails in the past 2 weeks none from Troy cable.. point blank their notification system has to be better, they already have overpriced internet when I was getting 2x better connection from xfinity for half the price
