Worst post office I've ever dealt with. I haven't received my mail in 6 months and I have lived here 14 years. I have talked to everyone there in 7 trips and I still can't get my mail. Even the head person said it was fixed 2 months ago and still no mail.

Repeated Sunday delivery failures via Ozark. Drivers falsely claim obstructed driveway or refuse to exit vehicle, even witnessed the driver leaving mail without attempting package delivery. Ozark is unresponsive to calls. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service.

Mail delivery is extremely inconsistent and they NEVER answer the phone. Worst ever!
