Worst post office I've ever dealt with. I haven't received my mail in 6 months and I have lived here 14 years. I have talked to everyone there in 7 trips and I still can't get my mail. Even the head person said it was fixed 2 months ago and still no mail.

Repeated Sunday delivery failures via Ozark. Drivers falsely claim obstructed driveway or refuse to exit vehicle, even witnessed the driver leaving mail without attempting package delivery. Ozark is unresponsive to calls. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service.

They seem to be uneducated about closing a mailbox even after complaint and complaint now it's a war with the mail lady cause I reported her for leaving a box out in the rain and now when I see my mail and it says out for delivery for Saturday it gets turned back in for Monday this is getting old ....

Always having to run out the door yelling for the carrier to come back and give me the tracked packages they have listed as 'out for delivery' also 'held mail' is kept after delivery is supposed to be resumed, incompetent workers in office have power trips, think they're the mail God's and if you dare complain, don't expect to see any important mail you're expecting any time soon.
