“I was expecting a registered letter from overseas. The letter was sent with the wrong zip code so I was concerned as to whether this letter would reach me. I contacted the Gordon post office. The postmaster took down the information, explained to me what might happen along the way, and tracked the letter throughout the process. My mail carrier called me the morning the letter arrived at the Gordon post office and I was able to go to the facility and pick it up. I want people to know what a great job both of these employees are doing. The USPS could use more employees like these two and more post offices like the Gordon Post Office.”

“The employees at this small town post office have always very helpful and friendly. It is not often crowded, but works pretty efficiently even when it is. They also have a nice selection of both free and charge packaging materials. For ease of use, customer service, and friendliness, I would choose to use this little office over the larger Dothan office any time.”

Kerry is so cheerful and she always helps me find the right size box/envelope (and best price) to send packages to my family and customers. When Kerry is not there, Ashley steps up and takes care of my packages beautifully. And my mail-carrier, Stacy, is the best one in the United States. She was such a blessing during the worst of the Covid isolation, helping me with stamps and packages. GREAT TEAM at Cottonwood P.O.”
