My favorite knife store. No complaints about service. I tell the guy which knives I want to handle and he brings them out.The best selection of Case knives I've ever seen. I travel 30 minutes to an hour (one way) out of my way to shop there, then literally turn around and return the way I came. Anyone who appreciates Case's old-fashioned craftsmanship should experience it at least once.

Absolutely the most condescending , rudest , hateful excuse for a human being I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with ... won't ever go there again even if they start giving their knives away ... Case should be ashamed for continuing to let this human? represent their brand !

I'm from Kansas, so I've only had Internet experience with them, but I've had nothing but good dealings with them. Ships super fast, customer service is awesome if ya have an issue...... Highly recommend

Just bought a case knife at this location, the man behind the counter was rude when I tried to explain what type of case knife and color I was looking for, as I did not really know the color / style, instead of trying to be helpful he was being Condecending which made me feel stupid.I would not recommend buying from this location.I would never buy from him again, save the headache and buy online.

Bought a case slim line knife on line, received it, while inspecting I found it had a 1/16" gap between the end of one of the scales and the silver bolster called to set up a return and was told I would need to take it up with the manufacturer instead of return for another. Please read their return policy before making a purchase and watch out for the small x at the end of the product number.
