started out good, installed seemed ok wasnt fully installed, 1700. to install found out next morning could have got same set up from Vivint for 80.00 no install fee. tried to cancel and the lady said nope i was locked in had to pay 75% of my contract to get out of it this was all with in 24hrs of install. i said it says you offer 3 day refund, she said nope thats for home owners, on my contract it said 6 months so i contacted a local lawyer he told me what to say to the manager and i did that i will be getting a full refund now. i was lied to , all i wanted was the install to be dropped at leaset half but once lied to i wanted the full amount back. very rude and dirty business

STAY AWAY,They have no clue what's going on, I've been on hold for an hour and a half and this is the second time I've called. The first time they hung up on me after patching through 5 different people. They are going to garnish my wages even though I'm currently a customer and have my account set up through auto pay. They're scam artist, the people they have install the system in your house do not even work for them, and they can't tell you anything about those companies. Those companies literally told me that they don't have my address on file but they're going to garnish my wages. Their "techs" that do not work for them did a sloppy job and the system would randomly go off in the middle of the night and say it was being tampered with or it would call the fire department. My truck go broken into and somehow the camera didn't catch it, when I called to complain I had some genius let me know all I had to do was set the sensitivity (which the tech apparently didn't do and didn't let me know I needed to do.) All around terrible service, I've been dealing with them for two years and it's still on going. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!!!

I give 1 star because I can not give any less. My sales representative failed to inform me of important contract information and I've had nothing but trouble with my equipment since installation.

Joe W came out from ADT and installed our new equipment. We are adopting him he is now part of the family. He went above and beyond and he was a joy to work with. Ask for Joe W when you need equipment installed in your home or business.

This is the first alarm system I’ve had and I’m very pleased with Joe! He took his time and explained everything to me in detail and made completely sure I was happy with his service! The public working businesses need more guys like Joe!

Did an upgrade to entire system.Technician Joe W. explained all of my options and answered ALL of my questions.I had the opportunity to inspect the work and Joe did not leave until the job was COMPLETED. An OUTSTANDING experience with ADT.KJ.
