I visited on 02/02. It's a ticket and wait for your number system. Waited an hour to register my out if state vehicle. Not bad considering. The lady who assisted me was professional, nice, and displayed great customer service. I hope I get here next month for my Star ID appt.

Lady at front of the Driver License Office was so rude. No eye contact. So cold. The information of what you need to bring online is apparently wrong because I brought documents it said were accepted and it wasn't enough.

Website is difficult to navigate, and information about scheduling an appointment or documents needed for renewing a drivers license is impossible to find. Only had one window working, which made everyone wait forever. Service is slow and borderline rude.

Rude and unprofessional. Instructor was rude and before she and my daughter left for the driving test got a call, got out of the car and walked away for a few minutes, no I’ll be right back just opened the door and walked away. Question the blinkers multiple times( we had just had all bulbs replaced a week before) so nothing was wrong with them. Would not recommend to take your child here to do the road test. Made my daughter very uncomfortable and anxious.

Had an appointment for getting star id. While the check in process is still rough, our appointment times were honored and we were in and out in 20 minutes. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment.

The most incompetent worthless excuse of our tax dollars at workTurned me away 40 minutes before close. 1 customer was being waited on and the lobby was empty. All I needed was a change of address on non-driver's license ID. So you're telling me it takes the most incompetent people in the world longer than 40 minutes to take down an address take a picture it's basically all you got to do in it type in an address and take a picture and hit a few buttons if you can't get that done in 40 minutes you are grossly mismanaging resources whoever is in charge down there does not need to be The ball headed man that turned me away Friday he didn't need to be working there either rude and incompetent clueless says he leaves at 4:30 says everybody leaves at 4:30 they don't close at 4:30 they leave at 4:30 would it be guy good looking out good looking out for your fellow citizen You're quite the POS aren't you

Coming to the office for the second time, a I can not renew my driver license. The reason is the computer is down, right now 02:46pm they are suppose to work until 0400pm, but anyway they asked me to leave and come back the next day. .

Terrible!! Employees have no sense of urgency. Plan to wait at least 3 hours. Don’t forget they have the biggest attitudes and shouldn’t be working around people and act as if they are entitled to act this way.
