This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Donohoo auto in the many years of my doing business with them. Overall, this experience was very good (they all have) and the price was fair. I would purchase another vehicle from this same dealership when the need arises as they have proven themselves to be reliable and open about their vehicles, history and breakdown of costs.
We had to wait for a week before getting the car as the title had not arrived and the detail crew had to clean the vehicle. I would like to say that the detail crew is in need of serious training. Although the outside was washed, the level of detail was so poor, any drive-through wash would've yielded better results. Also, none of the quality areas were cleaned - under the hood, inside the charge door, inside of ANY door edge were all still VERY dirty and we will have to wash it all again as soon as possible. The vehicle was just as dirty as when we first test-drove it the week prior.
Although the glaring cleanliness issue was ultimately only a minor irritation in an otherwise stellar operation, that singular item would not deter any further visits to consider another vehicle purchase from Donohoo Auto.

I purchased my car online and had an excellent experience! The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. When I arrived, the car was exactly as described — clean, in great condition, and ready to go. The paperwork was handled quickly with no hassle. It was absolutely worth the trip from Canton, GA to Pelham, AL to pick it up. Highly recommend Donohoo Auto for anyone buying remotely or in person.
