Unfortunately, they prefer customers who walk in without their own financing. If you are pre-approved from your bank already, they will try to convince you to let them run numbers too. If you refuse, you’ll notice how their whole attitude changes.

Don’t care for their no haggle approach, that’s fine on new cars but not used. If they can no haggle on their used why can’t I no haggle on my used trade in that I’m well aware of what it’s worth! Tried several times and only off a little but they’re unwilling to negotiate at all!!

I have been looking for a SLK 300 low miles for months. I have spoken to several dealerships around the nation. Everyone of them gave me the run around or had multiple fees that increased the price well beyond the original listing price. Then I found Drivers Way and Austin. They had just taken the vehicle in on trade and Austin sent me detailed pictures and addressed all of my concerns. This place was a absolute pleasure to do business with especially since I was 3 hours away. A fair price for a beautiful car for my sons first. Thank you to everyone that helped and Austin is the best.

5 stars for Terrence. Came into the dealership wanting to look and test drive a few cars, unsure of if I'd be walking away with one that day. Despite being unsure, Terrence helped me to talk numbers and payments that fit in my budget, ultimately leading to me trading in my vehicle and purchasing the car off the lot that day. Even after the purchase, Terrence has been extremely helpful with any questions I have about the vehicle or paperwork along with the vehicle. Austin was also helpful when getting the car tinted. Overall, great experience at this dealership compared to many other dealers I have checked out in Alabama.

Horrible service sells car to someone else and tells you that you have to wait for service to get done before you can purchase wow and knowing this dealership they will probably reply with something like oh this was a misunderstanding and we apologize after I wasted my whole day. They will probably say to contact them but there managers are really bad too and never take responsibility for there team.

Overweight salesman tried to redirect me to a lower price vehicle because of the color of my skin and my age, I feel very disrespected, racially profiled, I will NEVER shop at drivers way again.

I recently bought a Land Rover and Ford Escape Hybrid from Driver’s Way. Greg Knox was my salesperson, and he was professional, helpful and patient with my many questions and return visits. He went above and beyond, and was always so kind. Grant is also great, as well as Austin, who helped with getting my granddaughter a nice first car. Driver’s Way is great with no pressure sales tactics, clean vehicles, with easy access to all vehicles and they’ll allow you to test drive the vehicles without having to ride along with you.
