We had gotten our oil change at another location and our oil light came on so we went to the Pelham location and JB was amazing. He checked everything out and topped off our oil that the other place had missed!

I came into Express on Friday I had the best experience I've ever had went to the one at 461 Cahaba Valley Road. DEREK made my visit wonderful. I usually go to the one in Alabaster or Calera. I will only go to the Cahaba one from now on. The customer service experience is amazing. Derek has a wonderful personality. His people skills are down to earth and super friendly. That's what's needed these days. THANK YOU Derek.
