Stopped in pretty late in the day but at 9% oil life, a necessity. Happy to say I still got great service with a smile. Sam and the rest of the techs on duty were friendly, professional, and most of all timely.

I had a great experience at the Pelham Express Oil Change today. My main contact, Sam, could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the rest of his team was the same. They changed my oil efficiently and then rotated and aligned my tires and cleaned the fuel injection system. I could tell a difference in how the car drives when I pulled out of the lot! I have tried multiple Express Oil Changes and have been disappointed every time. I was in a hurry one day and decided to give them another chance. Stopped in at the Pelham location a few weeks ago. This was the first time I had tried this location and the experience was great. I went back today and Brady worked on my car. He was fantastic and took time to tell me what he did and what needed to be done in the future. Great people and Great service. I will be backService: Oil change

Drew provided excellent service today when I visited Express Oil to have my car’s oil changed. The guys at Express on 31 in Pelham have always gone above and beyond to care for their customers. If you are looking for a great place to have your vehicle serviced, check out Express Oil Change Tire Engineers in Pelham. JD, Drew, and Brady were very friendly and attentive. They helped get me back on the road after a crisis that occurred as I was headed out of town on vacation. I was very fortunate to come across them. Thanks guys!

The customer service was exceptional. I was in a rental car with a bad tire. They were able to diagnose my issues quickly. I thought it would be a long wait, but it was less than 5 mins. I was in and out.

Jimmy, Sam, and their team,They did an absolute amazing service today. The service they performed for me today was a very much needed and a necessary service, in fact, it’s what keeps us all safe on the road at night.They replaced my front headlights that was not working, I now have two new headlights that work and I can drive at night knowing that myself and others on the road at night are safe.While waiting for my service to be complete, the entire team showed nothing but excellent customer service.Great job guys.

We took our car in for Jimmy to check it out and he was very honest about everything going on with our car. We decided to get it serviced by them and everyone there were very kind and courteous to my husband and I. They took care of it all in the same day. This store is amazing overall but a few specific things are that they have great costumer service, they are very quick and efficient, and they value and treat their costumers amazingly! These are only a few things I have noticed as I have visited this store! Highly recommend going here for all of your vehicle problems! You will not be let down!
