The MD came in quickly, listened, and appeared interested. Also atypical, but appreciated. My complaint was treated quickly and efficiently, and I was finished in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic.”

“I highly recommend Remillard + the NP + the staff here. Always friendly - and even in moments where they’re understaffed and have way too many patients/calls - they never make me feel rushed. Sometimes the receptionists on the phone can be short with you - but I’ve never taken this as them being rude, they’re just doing their best to accommodate all their patients in a timely manner. I always feel like I am heard and understood here, and I’ve never had an issue with requesting referrals and having them follow through. I am always treated with respect, almost never have much of a wait - and even when I do, it’s well worth it. I recommend HFM to everyone I know. I love y’all and everything you do for your patients!”

“Hands down amazing urgent care. My 27 year old son made an appointment with a different urgent care closer to our house. After being there 4 hours and never being seen my a doctor and had them do tests that he specifically told them he didn’t want, he walked out. I picked him up and we came to medhelp 280. From the time we checked him in, was seen, given meds and we left, under an hour. The front staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and the care he received was amazing. I’ve worked in the medical field for 41 years and this is now the only place we will go to. HIGHLY recommend them”
