I came in stating that my car had been previously seen by an expert and I KNEW I needed my front brakes replaced, and just wanted a quote from them to see what they charged so I could compare. I stated I just wanted to get my oil changed today. I was given my quote before my car was taken back to the garage and once finished a brake inspection was on my bill. PLEASE TELL ME WHY WOULD I REQUEST A BRAKE INSPECTION IF I KNOW MY BRAKES NEED REPLACING AND COMMUNICATED THAT?!
I showed my frustration and tried to talk with Paula at the front yet she did not care. I even started to tear up as my frustration grew. She said they would take the fee off once I got my front brakes replaced there (-$30) … my question is why would I want to give my business to someone who has taken me for granted and looked once again at a woman who doesn’t know a lot about cars and taken advantage of me. I could care less if it was $5 to $1000… I always have had a pretty good experience here but today was a total fail. Not sure if I will be back.
Highlighted on my bill it states “CUSTOMER WAS TOLD SHE NEEDED BRAKES” — c’mon now!

These folks are great. Super nice and they don't try to sell you wiper blades, filters and other things you don't need or want when you go.

Unexpectedly had a low tire and pulled in when I saw it! Such nice people, aired it up for me so I didn’t have to stop at a gas station. Such a relief.

Bought a tire with warranty from them and had a tire get damaged. When I asked if they could check if it was that tire, they said they needed my paper receipt. I said I was told they should be able to see that in their system and Jim Parson’s who claimed to be the manager (he isn’t) told me they had a new system and he couldn’t see that. He then lectured me about keeping paper receipts and told me to bring the car to him. Once I got there, he told me he still needed the receipt (why did he ask me to drive there then?) and lied for another male employee that came out and cussed at me for not having the paper receipt. The older lady that works there then came out having not been present and has always been rude to me, and told me to leave the property. I spoke to the owner after that who told me Jim had lied and he could see I had bought the tire with them and was able to see the serial number Jim was requesting. But he said he needed the tire. At this point, I had taken my car to someone else since she told me leave and they had disposed of the tire. The owner implied I made that up and refused to help me any further. Everyone I spoke with said if I had a complaint then call GoodYear. I did, THIS PLACE IS NOT GOODYEAR OR ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. They are allowed to sell good year tires but they are not associated in any other way despite portraying themselves to be good year including having their corporate number be that for good year. SCAMMERS plus rude and liars.

Do not leave nothing in your car at this location, employee's will steal you change out your tray while working on your vehicle.. Employees stole my pistol and coins out the console while working on vehicle.. When arrive to pick up i notice it was miss but the wheel lock key was laying in location where pistol was missing from.. Manager didn't believe his employees done it without even asking... This location is not a good place to take yourvehicle.

I bought a tire with warranty in 2021 for the life of the tire with this store. My tire blew out and the older man working there (who claimed to be the manager....he wasn't) told me he wouldn't honor the warranty without the paper receipt. I told him he should be able to look it up in his system that I bought it there. He said he could (and did) and verified the information but they had gotten a new system and they lost some information and the serial number would've been on the paper receipt and they wouldn't honor it without that. He then lectured me about not having the receipt but told me to bring the car in and he would work with me. When I did, he just repeated what he said over the phone. A second employee came out and said "it's common fuckin' sense lady to keep the receipt." I asked the "manager" if he was going to let his employees cuss at me and he said "he didn't cuss at you." I told him it wasn't my fault they got a new system and they can no longer see the information they needed for them that they can typically see. He said it wasn't his fault I lost the receipt. A woman who said SHE WAS ACTUALLY THE MANAGER came out of the store and told me to get off the property. She did this in my face UNMASKED (I was masked). Then said I wasn't allowed back there. I said "you don't even know what is going on. Your employees are cussing at me." She said "no they aren't." I said "You haven't even been out here with us. How do you know?" She said told me to get off the property or she would call the police. Total scam. Goodyear will not honor anything this store tells you they will. The customer service number they give to call...Goodyear. Goodyear flat out told me they tell customers that so they don't have to deal with it. CONARTISTS.

Bought a tire with warranty in 2021 and brought the tire in to be replaced after it busted. I was told they got a new system and couldn’t typically look up the receipt but without that they wouldn’t honor the warranty. They said they could see I bought all of my tires there and then the newest one with the warranty but because the serial number was on that paper and their system lost it…they wouldn’t honor it. I didn’t have the receipt and the oldest man (assistant manager
