I love Harbor Freight, when I need some some specialty mechanic tool for working on my old truck they're my go to. Sure some stuff isn't the best money can buy but I'm a shade tree mechanic and there's no reason for me go spend top dollar for a tool I'm going to use once a year or less, and other tools I use a little more often but not everyday, good example, I bought a reciprocating saw from them 15 years ago for 19 bucks and it still works like brand new

Cheap prices and surprisingly helpful and friendly employees. The manager goes above and beyond.Huge parking lot. Parking will never be an issue.

Ordered gift card 12/23/23 and never emailed to me. Reordered 12/23/23 and also never received. Called csr and was to be taken care of before Christmas and was never taken care of. Forget customers we are ok without them. LOL

This seems to be a smaller H F store, but they still had a complete selection of the H F merchandise. The staff was friendly and helpful.
