“I cannot say enough good about this place. And it's owner. I have struggled with a crawlspace robot for a long while. Finally broke down and took to him just to show him what it was and what was happening. He didn't have to, but he took the time to help troubleshoot it and actually got it working. For this reason I spent a decent amount on parts and will be visiting again for more soon. Customer service was excellent. This is now my go to hobby store. I will bypass the competition that is much closer to me to get to this shop and owner.”

I had one of the most meaningful customer service experiences thanks to Tina, the store manager, and her assistant manager at Michaels. This year has been incredibly difficult for my family — my mom lost her home, and during this transition I wanted to surprise her with a Christmas tree so she could still feel some holiday joy.
Because of an issue with the Michaels website, I wasn’t able to purchase the tree online at the correct price. When I came into the store, Tina and her assistant manager went above and beyond. They helped me locate the exact tree I was trying to buy, honored the original online price, and walked me through checkout with so much kindness and care.
Their compassion turned a stressful situation into a moment of real relief and gratitude. Thanks to them, my family gets to have a Christmas tree this year — something that means more than they know.
