“I cannot say enough good about this place. And it's owner. I have struggled with a crawlspace robot for a long while. Finally broke down and took to him just to show him what it was and what was happening. He didn't have to, but he took the time to help troubleshoot it and actually got it working. For this reason I spent a decent amount on parts and will be visiting again for more soon. Customer service was excellent. This is now my go to hobby store. I will bypass the competition that is much closer to me to get to this shop and owner.”
“I really like this place. I always forget about how much I like this place until I walk in it and realize how much I love it. They've already got everything out for Halloween and they've got tons and tons and tons of decorations. Tons of fall stuff and Autumn stuff and, they're always so beautifully stored everything in there. It looks absolutely amazing in there. I went in there for an easel and, I just really really understood at that moment how much I missed it.
I plan on shopping there a lot more in the future. I just really miss the place and you don't really realize it until you walk in”
“Very large and open location. The store appears clean and very well stocked. They have a very good selection of books and other merchandise as well as a coffee shop. Easy to get to with plenty of parking spaces. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.”
“They had a big event going on in the back, but there was still someone working in the front of the store. The dice didn’t have price tags, but the worker knew that I wanted a price check. The dice pack was $13, but this was my first time buying dice, so I don’t know if it was the store or just because dice are normally expensive. My experience here was nice and quick, but I’m taking a star off because not having price tags was pretty inconvenient.”
“I went to to get a storage container. Lori I think was her and another guy that works there asked me to pull my car up to the curb and put it in my vehicle. That was so nice and helpful because it was way to heavy for me alone. Eveytime I come to this store early in morning they are always around in the store to assist me. I really like this store.”

Asked a questions about models and the response Was short and borderline abrasive. In general I felt like I was a nuisance.
80 grit sandpaper personality aside the model collection was nice. I’d shop there again.”

“David did an amazing job of communicating to me the current market rate, estimates and values. He eyeballed my initial haul and after final evaluation gave current market rates for inherited coins. Very easy to deal with and the honesty was greatly noticed and appreciated.”
