I purchased granite countertops from Home Depot & a new kitchen sink. I utilized their service of also removing my old countertops & sink. Upon installation I realized that a portion of my wall had came off with the removal of the old countertops. The installer did the best to patch it, yet it was an eye sore. I emailed Home Depot w/pictures, and I received a response that very day. And within just a few days they had came to a resolution to address the situation, & a decision that me as the consumer was pleased with. It was done in a timely manner & with professionalism. All in all the countertops & sink look great!! Grace with M&M Stone Design, & Chasity & Daphne at Home Depot were ALL very helpful through the process.

Home Depot Pelham missed a $1,300 refrigerator sale today. I called store transfer too many times to count and on hold for 15 minutes trying to reach someone in appliance department. I went to Lowe’s and made my purchase.

Wish they would close. They always show things in stock and never do when you get there. Always an excuse. Lowes when they show it in stock and you get there it is there. I will never go back to pelham home depot again.Associates are always talking or playing on phones.

I show up buy a bunch of wood don’t get bulk price so many nails and staples hanging out of the wood. I cut myself putting it in My truck good job Home Depot now I got blood all over my shirt, running down my arm

Always great here. Ordered all new kitchen appliances and I’ve never had any issues. Only docking a star because they couldn’t install my dishwasher like we thought they would.

This store delivered my appliances to the wrong house and are making me wait for an investigation to set up a new delivery date. I advise you not to buy appliances and have them delivered from Home Depot. Lowe’s is right down the road. I will also write another review if they try and make me take the appliances they delivered to the wrong house. I demand new ones. This is beyond ridiculous. I have no fridge or washer/dryer. I had to buy a mini fridge to get by.
Update: It’s 5/17/2024 and I still don’t have a fridge. I got a call today saying they can’t deliver my fridge until June 15th. Originally ordered on 4/13/2024. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I order something and they sit it by the road with 75,000 cars going by a day. You cant see the package from the house which they refuse to deliver to. Packages get stolen all the time but they don’t care. They are morons. The idiots won’t answer the phone
