Good people and the best flooring

Came back three times for issues with carpet install and twice for finish on wood floor. After the last time, we still had to go over every tack strip on stairs and doorways to secure tack strip nails. Stain on hardwood is uneven in several places. Very disappointed with quality as we expected more from Issis. Ultimately received a $1000 discount on the job.Cannot recommend.

Absolutely great experience!! I needed red carpet for an upcoming event! I went in Monday, ordered it, it was ready on Friday! Rush job. Completely satisfied with my purchase. When you go, ask for Stephanie! She’ll take care of you! 👇⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Red in use! They loved it!

Jennifer did an outstanding job helping us narrow our choice for carpet on our stairs and upstairs bedrooms. The Karastan pattern exceeded our expectations. We even had a rug made from the remnant. I appreciate all that Jennifer and the installation team did to make our remodel a success.

They sell the flooring. They don't install it. I bought Bruce hardwood for installation in all of my house that wasn't tiled a couple of decades ago. They put me in touch with an installer who did a great job. I was there this time because I had some water damage that I will repair. I needed adhesive and some putty, just in case. They directed me to Home Depot because that isn't a part of their business.Bruce no longer supports this floor in any way other than to warn to not use chemicals to remove the adhesive because the new cement might not stick.When I walked in with a small piece of flooring, the person working there told me all about it: manufacturer, style, model number, color, everything, before I said anything. I have the original boxes with extra flooring, so I knew that he was correct.Other than from the water damage, none of the floors show any wear, even after kids and grandkids, and we aren't the most careful people.

I had scheduled an estimate/consultation for 5:15 on a day after work. My sales rep was a no-call/no-show.Says a lot, considering it would have been an easy $10,000-15,000 job. I just needed advice on what options were available.If you can’t show up for the sell, what issues will come up during the job?

Had new flooring installed. Couldn't be happier. The installers were experts and most accommodating. Didnt care for the sales girl. She never got back to be as she promised probably because I didn't buy the product she suggested

While embarking on a van conversion we were on the hunt for lightweight backer board for tiling our shower. As with everything these days, Wedi was hard to find. Issis & Sons was one of only two places in the entire state (the other actually purchases it from Issis) that carried it. I called & spoke with Rick to ensure they’d have plenty since we were driving from an hour away. He was super friendly & helpful on the phone & even better in person.You’d be hard pressed to find better customer service or more knowledgeable craftsmen than Rick & his crew at the warehouse. He walked us through the process step by step (we’re total novices & have no construction experience), offered great advice, loaned us out a specialized Wedi caulking gun to keep our cost down, & even gave his personal cell number in case we needed help or had questions. He was also honest about pricing on our flooring (in that it would cost more for us to go with them than a box store- but honestly I’d rather give my money to them for that service). I checked with him regarding some of the other products we were planning to use for our tile & he offered great advice from his years of experience, giving me solace in the decisions we made.If you’re in the market for flooring, tile, bathroom/ kitchen reno -I can’t say enough good things about these guys. A strong recommendation!
