Delivery of materials came on time! Sales people in store were friendly and helpful! The installers were always on time! Also , they cleaned up each room at the end of day! They were thoughtful and they did a good job on the floors! My husband and I are pleased with the floors!

The staff at lumber liquidators on Saturday 04/19/2025 pulled me out of a pickle like no other I am selling my house and had a few items from the inspection that I had to take care of I needed a few pieces of older very specific hardwood flooring and have been to over a dozen stores looking for it and only found it one other time and it was past my closing date till it got here so I came to lumber liquidators on a last ditch effort and they had it on the showroom floor but wasn’t sure if they could get it here for 2 weeks so they wasn’t showing anything in stock but still decided to take the time and go check and through all odds they had it and was able to sell it to me same day they pulled me out of a massive bind and the customer service was outstanding like Iv never experienced in a pickle thank y’all so very much you just got all my flooring services from here on out and talk will be the only place I recommend for the rest of my life

Lumber Liquidators helped find a certain floor that had been installed 5 years ago. They helped us with going to the store except to pick up the new flooring.

I am a contractor and my customer purchased flooring from the Pelham store at the end of September. It had to be ordered and cost $3,600.00. As of 10/19, they still do not have the order in. It was supposed to be delivered 10/18 to the job site. The manager can't give me the location of the order and they don't know when or if it will be delivered. Also, the refuse to refund the money to my customer. I do a lot of jobs and I definitely do not recommend this store.

Flooring is good, customer service is horrible. They push you to buy extra, because of having cutoff pieces. I didn’t need it but they pushed me to buy it any way. When I get finished and have the extra amount left over, now they won’t allow me to return it because of their “return policy”. No one explained about bringing back the extra before any certain amount of time. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and attentive staff. I barely reached before closing time but they stayed back and answered all my questions. The prices were the most competitive I had seen so far, both material and installation. Very satisfied. Two thumbs up.
