We used to use this urgent care all the time...we have since changed to somewhere closer that we really like. We had to come back to this clinic because it stays open longer than our regular urgent care....well....it has really went downhill....there is no personal interaction whatsoever until you are called for triage. The front desk is blocked by a huge banner and there is nobody to talk to if you need immediate help. You have to push a button on the screen at the desk and wait, which took forever because there was only 2 people working in the entire clinic. When it finally comes close to time for you to be called, you check in and pay your copay on a kiosk and then wait another 30 minutes to an hour to be called for triage. Now cannot get a live person on the phone to get documents from the visit. I am not an old school person and like the option of technology assisting, but to not be able to have any personal interaction is bad. The only reason they got 2 starts was because the 2 people that were there working were very nice and did their job and they will take care of you. The clinic as a whole does not deserve even 1 star.

I gave five stars the first time we came. We love the NP. But they’ve started charging a 47 dollar “evening” fee, even when you’re there during their operating hours. They don’t tell you this ahead of time. So now with labs, copay, and the “fee” they assessed, it was 106 dollars for my daughter to be seen at urgent care WITH INSURANCE, when cash pay clients get to go for 125 dollars. Ridiculous.

Online registration worked great! And staff is always friendly. My only complaint is that there's no one upfront to help when the kiosk isn't working

Honestly I wish I could give zero stars to this company and mainly to corporate. I used to be an employee there and I can honestly say this is the worst company to work for. The managers do not care about your health at all, and that kind of explains why every medical assistant has left this place. Plus corporate is a joke. I had to pay my copay when I was told that employees do not have to pay my copay. I don't have a problem paying my copay, but the credit was applied to my account. Now I am being charged for that same amount. I have been trying to contact the billing department about it. Why am I being charged when I have a credit on my account for the same amount? Working there I saw the exact same thing happening with patients. Why send out a bill when there is a credit on the account? Whenever there is any kind of problem we are told to contact the billing department, but cannot get anyone on the phone. So what exactly is the point in telling us to contact the billing department if you cannot get anyone to answer? If I get a response that mentions calling the billing department or the clinical manager I might actually lose my mind because once again NOBODY will answer the phone. This place is honestly a joke. Don't get me wrong, the nurse practitioners are great but as far as working there is a complete nightmare.

Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT use this urgent care. I took my son there for what I knew as a nurse was an ear infection. I literally just needed a doctor to prescribe antibiotics for me. We never saw a person until being brought back. You sign in and pay a copay through a computer upon arrival. The NP/MD (not sure what she was) asked it I wanted him tested for anything and I specifically said "No" because I knew what it was and so did she as soon as she looked in his ears. I was in and out in 5mins once back. Fast forward to a week later I get a text message saying my bill is due. On said bill were charges for flu tests, rsv tests, covid tests, and a strep test that were NEVER done. So before I could call and dispute that they automatically charged the card I paid the copay with days later. I have a HSA and wanted to use that for the bill.

My experience at MainStreet was amazing!! It was inexpensive, quick, and the medical staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back for future medical issues.

Absolute horrible experience. I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing with my son who was going to need stitches on his forehead. First off , as we were walking up one of the staff tried to lock the doors which was off because they weren’t technically closed yet. Then acted as if it was an inconvenience to unlock the door and let us in. Mind you my son has a nasty gash on his head, but the bleeding had stopped. We sat in the waiting room for 5 minutes before I saw a self check in tablet. NOBODY came to do any pre triage or tell us how the check in process worked. So I started filling out the online check in and as I’m checking in, 8pm hits and I can’t check in anymore. The staff did not help one bit to expedite. When I finally did see someone and asked for help the staff member just mumbled something under her breath and told me “we're closed now, so you can’t check in, and if you can’t check in then we can’t help you!” Total lack of compassion especially for a child. This urgent care needs to rethink the idea of leaving the front desk empty, or close at 7pm if the staff wants to be home by 8:30. All they cared about was getting off work it seemed. Save your time and money and go to Medical West Freestanding Emergency, they are 24 hours and have plenty of people who seem to care.

I don’t appreciate calling 6 times during normal business hours and being hung up on as soon as I get transferred to someone.

online check in is awful. an elderly person in front of me without a smartphone ended up leaving because it took 20 minutes to get checked in, with my help. she was the first one there and five young people went in ahead of her and me because of it. when i got in to a room i waited another 20 minutes for a dr.

Wheres the zero stars? No help desk person. Only a digital kiosk when help needed you talk to a person over the kiosk. Staff is not helpfull, coould not find my appointment had to start over on kiosk waited over a hour to be seen. Just absolutely terrible experience. This place is a joke. The staff Dont seem like they know Whats going on. Lots of laughing and seem like juat jokes in the back instead of helping people staff members out load getting frustrated at customers that Dont know Whats going on due to the pathetic electronic system.

Very disappointed!! The service was ok, but not thorough!! I was in so much pain!! Then, they didn't offer to send in a prescription!! I did get.a shot but my body aches/pain are still lingering! I can barely sleep. The wait time was way too long!! I don't understand why a message is sent to say you have 30mins to sign in. But when you get there you have to wait about an hour!!! Ive never really had problems in the past with my kids, so that's why I went there. But I maybe looking for another urgent care center.

I used to like this place, but my last visit turned out to be horrible. They say I have covid, and tell me layout meds to take for it. But then don't give it to me. Why bring it up if your not going to prescribe it. Then, for the cough, she tells me she's calling something in, only to fleet to the drug store and it's just over the counter meds. I've been taking them.all week and did not work. And now my cough is even worse then when I went. Guess I'll be going to a real doctor now
