My oil change service was very well done. I am particularly impressed with the video presentation of my vehicle with the technician explaining all the details including a video/audio clip sent to my phone for review. Well done Med Ctr Mazda.

Excellent service. They make sure they fix the issues you highlight, and they send you actual useful video inspections. Other dealerships quickly send just a few seconds of video which has barely any useful info.

Mark at Med Center Mazda is a godsend. I purchased a vehicle from him through a seamless transaction then my husband totaled it less than a week later. He came out unscathed, which says a lot about the safety of a Mazda. I had to get another car within a week which Mark and Todd made so easy for me. The first thing Mark did when I walked in the door was give me a big hug and ask if my husband was ok. He’s a genuine person whom I have no problem with referring to anyone and everyone.

While perfoming the oil change & front end alignment, the service team noted other potential problems, which I appreciated. The cashiers were also personable & efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. A good experience!

Called and spoke with Mr Cooley on Friday told him exactly what i wanted. Saturday he met me ready to roll. This was the smoothest process and he was such a great help in getting us in our new car. Highly recommend and will Def keep him in my mind for future business

I have bought 6 Mazda's from Med Center Mazda. I have had a great experience over the years. I took my CX-5 to get service done, oil change and tires rotated and a few other things. After 4 hours of waiting, finally got out of there. My biggest complaint is the scheduling problem. I hope that this could be addressed and made more accommodating for the customers. My experience with Mazda Med Center was amazing! I went in for an issue with my CX9 which had a technical service bulletin showing that we were burning oil. I met Gerald with questions and concerns, and he got me set up with a timely appointment. Dropped it off, and heard the next morning, via a video of my vehicle and what the issue was, how they addressed and fixed it, and a few other things that were of concern. They gave me a fair quote, and when we went later thay day to pick it up, we were pleased to find out the quote was higher than actual cost. I will absoloutely return with any future issues! This experience was above and beyond my expectation! I've already recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. Thanks Mada Med Center for your professional, courteous, and timely repair!

Joey Chance is one of the most amazing sales people ever. I have a 2018 cx5 I bought from him best decision ever as he goes above and beyond his sales job.
