We unexpectedly found ourselves looking for a new car and a Mazda was high on our list. From the initial inquiry call with Mark Cooley to being handed the set of keys to a Mazda cx9 we were met with respect, education and a knowledgeable crew of people. Never pressured to purchase anything, Mark provided the education needed to make an informed decision on the right vehicle for our family. I would highly recommend the Mazda team at Med Center and ask for Mark Cooley. Also a notable mention to Todd in Finance. Appreciated all the info on warranty and were incredibly pleased we were given the time and space to make a decision that was right for us.

Med Center Mazda is very good when it comes to taking care of their loyal customers. My car service needed more than a day because they had to replace several things. I told them I needed a vehicle to pick my daughter from school and I was given a vehicle to use until mine was ready. Yes their services are pricy but it’s value for your money and they treat customers well.

Arrived today for an oil change and waiting in the service but No representative came out to greet us after waiting for a few minutes so my daughter walked in to the office only to find 4 works just sitting around and told her to wait but then one rep asked her what she needed very rudely so she stated an oil change so he told her they where very busy with 15 cars ahead of her at 8:00 am in the morning so my daughter stater maybe 4hours he maybe so we left. She is not going back to this place because they are not very professional or show any respect for their customers.

I couldn’t ask for a better place to do business! The service department is on point every minute of the day they’re open….the shop is so clean you could eat off the shop floor! Thank you for your good service!Sales….what can I say, If you want 5 star treatment then you’ve found the place! Med Center Mazda has not only the best selection of new and per-owned vehicles….but the final price is the best in the south!Finance….as bad as rates can be these day…I have to say that hands down Adam, Todd and the rest of the team will beat and or get you the best rate out there! They make buying cars fun! Thank you Med Center Mazda for showing us all how car buying should be….the easy and most cost effective way!

Outstanding service from the very first contact to the delivery of the car. Mr. Cooley was professional, kind and helpful in finding me the exact car I wanted. Adam, the financial manager was helpful in protecting my car. This was one of the best car-buying experience I have experienced and will recommend Mazdas and this dealership to anybody in the market for a car.

I have owned 11 vehicles since becoming a licensed driver and have done business with several good dealerships in the recent years.But Anthony Beaman and Adam Eaves at Med Center Mazda totally blew those other establishments out of the water when I came by to see a vehicle I inquired about a few weeks back. After filling out a credit application online, and providing Anthony the details of my trade, these two quickly “got it done” and I absolutely LOVE my new to me little car!So if you’re like me and on the fence about buying a used car and are on a budget, go see them. Many thanks to EVERYONE at Med Center for providing one of the best dealer experiences I’ve yet had. Purchased a beautiful pre-owned Miata with the help of Mr. Joey Chance and it was fantastic. This whole process was a breeze and I’m thankful for the information Joey provided along the way. He is the guy if you need a new or pre-owned car! Extremely satisfied to have chosen this dealer. 10th car in 30 years from these folks. I had a rare problem and everyone jumped in to solve it. Chris Martin, Rubin Lapidus, Matt Clarkson and Adam Eaves are all top notch. I would recommend this dealership. I recommend Rubin for Sales and it is worth the wait to have Adam do your finance paperwork. I'll be back.

Took a car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The inspection of the tires, brakes, and front end components was done on video and uploaded for me to watch with a verbal report on measurements for brake pads and tires. There was a recommendation to change the engine and cabin air filters. The decision whether to perform the additional recommended service was made online. This was effective and easy. There was no pressure. I like this procedure. I normally use QuickLane in Alabaster. Med Center is a little bit more expensive, but this visit went so well, they may get more of my business.

My parents purchased a brand new 2021 mazda 6 for me in April of 2021. They pre-payed for 12 services and brand new cars get 2 free services (14 services total) so when I go in for the normal service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) I shouldn’t have to pay for it. Every single time I go in I have to debate with the people pricing everything what I should be paying. Thankfully, the lady at the desk where you pay is always so lovely but it’s still just ridiculous. I went in a few days ago and got an extra service done that I usually don’t and they tried to make me pay $323 for it even though when I scheduled the service it was $180 and it was also confirmed to me by a lady at the front desk upon walking in that the price was correct. If this was a one time issue I wouldn’t be upset but this has happened every single time I’ve gone in without fail. I can’t imagine the number of people that walk in and don’t think about how much it costs and pay hundreds of dollars extra. It’s really a scam. I should not have to spend 20 minutes explaining how much I should be paying when I am inevitably overcharged every time I walk through the door. Not to mention I went in a few months ago to get the plastic piece on the front of my car replaced (should have been no more than a $50 fix) and they tried to charge me $500 for some camera they said was messed up even though I told them everything on my car works perfectly. When I went back out to my car they didn’t even fix the plastic piece at all. I am going to do everything I can to go to the dealer in Tuscaloosa because I am so fed up with this place. The gentlemen at the front door upon entering the building by the service doors aren’t even approachable.

Mark was so incredibly helpful in helping us get our first car. From talking us through financing and finding the perfect Mazda model for us. I have never met another salesperson as kind and as considerate as he. We had a very limited budget and he put absolutely no pressure on us to finalize the deal that day. He was incredibly respectful of our time and personal space and didn't bombard us with emails or texts asking us to finalize our decision making timeline. I couldn't speak more highly of him and truly know we made the best decision because of his guidance and his attitude.

I am in love with my new to me car! Everybody at Med Center Mazda was fantastic! I got a great deal on the trade in! If you want a wonderful deal on a used car, look into a certified used, it's the best way to go. They even brought my car to me, about 2 hours away, and drove my old vehicle away.
