I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. The store is bright and open and Teri’s welcoming smile makes it all the better. We have been shopping with her for almost 15 years and I’ve never been in when she was out of stock of anything.
I am giving these specifics because we moved to Nashville and have not been able to find a Merle Norman that can even remotely compare. We still order from Teri and just have it shipped.

Took my daughter to Terri for ear piercing. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. She was so kind and even gave my kids goodies.

I took my sister here for her 40th birthday to get our second earring hole. I cannot say enough about Teri and her staff. Excellent, personable service! I definitely want to go back for makeup suggestions! Cannot recommend this location enough!

I want to thank my new friend Teri at Merle Norman in Pelham for her help with re-piercing my ears. I had let them grow up due to problems with metal allergies. I actually thought I needed to have someone pierce them all over again but Teri in her many years of experience believed the holes were still there. It took her a few minutes but she was able to wiggle through to re-open the original holes. She was very worried about my discomfort but I assured her the pain wasn’t that bad! I highly recommend Teri for piercing (or re-piercing)ears-she is very knowledgeable and kind !! Because of this experience I plan to visit her in the future to purchase makeup and hopefully have my granddaughters ears pierced when she gets her courage up!! Thanks Teri -you’re the best!!!!

Can't say enough about Teri and her service. Went in today for what we thought would be re-piercing my daughter's ears but she didn't need them redone at all. Ended up staying a while she talked about skincare with daughter and perfectly matched a tinted moisturizer for her! Great experience!

My 9 year old daughter came in today to get her ears pierced. We had a great experience! Teri made her feel special and added to her excitement! Teri has also pierced my other daughter’s ears and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
