I rent from Mike several times a year and he always makes it very easy! They always have a car available and although the cars are nothing fancy (Hyundai Elantra) the rental is very reasonable.

These reviews have to be the fakest reviews I have ever seen. The prices here for a rental of a 24’ box truck are ridiculous!! They aren’t even 26’ !!! What a rip off! Why would anyone pay $149+ tax and $0.99 a mile! That is not how you do business. I can NOT wait until the FMCSA here about this!! This will be against federal law soon!!

Lazy and inconsiderate drivers contracted with FedEx. My house has three exterior doors and a covered carport and I have them on my security cameras literally setting a package full of Christmas gifts down in my driveway out in the open ripe for theft and unsheltered from the weather.

In 11/2018 I contacted them about a incident where someone, that rented a van from them, hit my parked vehicle in a parking lot. I contacted the business it occurred at and was able to arrange video footage of the incident to be provided to them. The footage had the tag of the van and also the renter in plain site. I emailed and called multiple times since then and nothing has been done. I was told it would be handled and even provided the estimate of repairs. My last couple of emails were not even responded to. Not a good experience for me.

The worst truck rental I have ever experienced!!! We rented a covered truck because of the rain but instead all of my furniture and mattress was destroyed! All they could do was offer me $25 off which is lame and pathetic. Expecting a call to the corporate office to settle this situation.

Save your money if you don't want to be fleeced, especially if you are not sure what to do. Took the truck back on FULL because the movers canceled, but I didn't top it off. So, instead of saying 'don't worry about it' I get "that will be $15! REALLY??!! Shoulda used U-Haul or Penske, but no, wanted to try a local company. REGRETS
