Looking for the District Manager of the Pelham AL Metro T-Mobile store, ANDREW FORMAN to call me. After he read my review on the Pelham branch a couple months ago I was told by that stores manager that he would call me. I NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL. I'm unable to leave additional reviews on the Pelham branch therefore I used this branch review page to communicate this information. I tried giving my business to this ALABASTER branch years ago but WILL NEVER return. I honestly don't know how they're still open and doing business. Clearly after reading their reviews NOTHING has changed.

Couldn't get service in my own bedroom but could in my kitchen but couldn't in the living room and i live in the middle of pelham, so I went back to the store and it was like they didnt have a clue what to do or didnt want to get out the chair and even try to help. Instead of having to make the 10min drive, I called the store for half the day and no one never answered the phone just like i have had to wait a whole hour to speak to a human on customer service. Went inside and the two girls were just sitting there not busy at all. How does a business like this NOT ANSWER A PHONE??? 3 days with metro and I'm out. I'll spend my money where its appreciated. Horrible

It's ok but we had to go back several times because the guy kept MESSING up are service plan he act like he didn't know what he was doing put things on our plan we didn't need and even messed up our bill it was a very unpleasant experience

They never answer there phones but it is a very nice experience if you get ur lazy @$$ up and go over there. They should just have more I phones and more new released Samsung phones.otherwhise they are still a very nice dealer

They never answer the phones if you call. They close earlier than should have on Sunday. I understand they hire teens, but train them to do their job properly.
