Horrible uncaring ownership and ridiculously high prices for botched printing services. Specifically took our printing order to this shop based on wonderful experiences and fantastic pricing at other locations under different ownership. Unfortunately this location charged us 5x to 10x more for identical printing jobs than other locations. On top of that they had our printed materials delivered to the wrong postal route and overcharged us a second time to correct it. Owner was rude, uncaring, and unapologetic for their mistakes in printing, delivery, and billing. Save yourself the headaches and take your business to Pete’s or another competitor who actually cares about their customers.

I recently ordered a set of signs from Minuteman Press, and they were fantastic to work with. The turnaround time was fast, the quality was exactly what I needed, and they handled everything with care from start to finish. It’s great having a print shop in Pelham you can rely on, and I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

James Dean, the owner has been amazing to work with. He is a man who does what he says he is going to do, does it with excellence, integrity, kindness and exceeds my expectations. Just see for yourselves. I was trying to get printing done somewhere else, before I thought of Minuteman, and what has taken this other printer weeks, James and his staff turned it around in days and did it with better quality than I requested. He suggested something better and better it was. This is a family owned business and they deserve our patronage.

Took small item to be laminated. Returned to pick it up the afternoon they said it would be ready. Arrogant young man told me it was “still in production” and would be ready later. I told him I could not return that day and left. Two days later I returned to pick it up and older man said they assumed I did not want it done and returned item as I had left it. On what planet did they get the idea that I would make 3 trips to their store for nothing! So it was not “in production” earlier. Lied as well.

I’ve used Minute Man for several projects now and they have been wonderful. The staff is really helpful and has given me lots of helpful tips for installs. I even messed up a vinyl window cling and they reprinted it in less than an hour. I look forward to using them again!
