Went in to find a part my mechanic sent me in for. I showed the guy a picture of the part (I know the bare minimum about cars and parts) but he INSTANTLY knew my car make and model. They advised me their location didn’t have it but the Pelham location did. Gave me a receipt with the information the next associate needed. Super easy and quick. I will definitely be back in the future.

I came in to check on an issue with my lights. Anthony said he would look at it and test it. He came outside (in the rain mind you) and fixed my issue instantly! I've been without an inside light in my car for 5 months. And in 2 minutes he fixed it! I'm so grateful!

Oreilly is always the best choice when it comes to auto parts. But the Pelham location is hands down the best not only are the people great and easy to deal with, it feels like walking into a family owned business and you are part of the family. It's also the hub location so they have pretty much everything in stock. I've included a picture of a bird for reference.

My battery light came on so I stopped to have them check it. It turned out to be an alternator. The was a young man who offered and changed it right there!! 5 stars!!

Came in to get my signal light and tag light changed and Alex was so helpful sh doing so b/c I visited the locations in Fultondale and Forestdale and they were no help.

This is by far the best oreillys in the area and in large part because of the staff. Gilberto is amazing and he goes above and beyond for his customers. We will definitely be back as long as Gilberto is there!!!!
