Really bad experience today with them . First she was really rude.i went for a fil up but she ended up cut off my nails badly so she could do a new set.She kept on gossiping about me ,she changed everything I wanted and did what she wanted,they’re very hard to work with and she ended up overcharging me,I hated everything about them and I will never go back there.Stay away…

I'm a regular at Princess Nails, but lately the owner, Tina hasn't been there to do my nails. My last visit and today's visit haven't gone well. Today, I was over charged for my nails, and the nails did not come out how I wanted them. When Tina does my nails I never have an issue. And Tina always does my nails. Heidy did my nails today, and took 2.5 hours, and still couldn't achieve the look I wanted. She charged $75 for SHORT, french tip.. thats ridiculous. I've never paid that much. I kindly asked her why so much, she explained with an attitude. She took an entire hour just on filing and wanted to have a attitude with me about me asking her why my set was so expensive. I initially wanted to get my eyebrows and toes done, and decided not to after being there all morning. I'm sure Tina doesn't tolerate this kind of attitude from her employees, and as a regular client, I should have never had this problem. What I asked for vs. what I ended up with. Gone have the nerve to tell me to compare the picture with my nails, Heidy got another thing coming.

Pam rushes to get the money. She will do 2 customers at a time. I had a pedicure and got a fungus under the gel polish. My toe nails fell off and had to go to the podiatrist. She pulled a tip off and cracked my nail in the nail bed. Then tried to soak it in acetone. That was the 3rd time she cracked or damaged my nails and tried to cover it up. I had been going there for 7 or 8 years. I have not been back since the nail tip debacle. I now go to Rose Nails.

Requested style: I was disappointed ☹️. They offer nail art on the website. However I was told my art was too difficult for them. Other than that they were friendly but yet not friendly at the same time. I probably would use them again but I don't think they are going to stand up to the advertisement they claimed to be able to do.

Went and got my toes and nails done and the lady was rushing the whole time and when she was trimming my toes she cut the sides like an “ingrown” and now it’s infected.
Would not recommend this place.

Got a regular mani & pedi at this shop today and was charged $72. I agree with previous post that they are over charging for their services. Ask the total cost before you have services done, not all prices are posted for services. I won’t be back.Services: Pedicure

First just let me say, I want to be fair to this shop. The work they do is good and it lasts me well over a month in between appointments. HOWEVER, I honestly think they are scamming people out of money. They are pricey to begin with, but here's the biggest issue: every single time (not exaggerating- literally every time) I return for a nail appointment, they tell me I need a new set to get what I want.I have been getting acrylic nails for 20 years and this has never been an issue. I know after a few times, a new set is preferable. But NOT every single time.I also asked for milky pink & white today, which she did achieve eventually, but she told me that to get the "milky" effect, I would need different tips than the ones she JUST put on my fingers. I was very confused. And when I asked for more white on the tips, she said no because it wouldn't look good.So while their work is long lasting, they are difficult to work with and I truly believe they are scamming people into paying more for new sets when they could certainly just do a fill in. I won't be returning.

Cut me multiple times then proceeded to put nail polish remover over it. Very rough and rushed. Nails ended up with a lot of imperfections, didn’t put any effort they just want your money. Charged 85 for short nails. Also yelled at me when I didn’t like something

First timer. Went in for a mani/pedi. It was the first time ever that I had a pedi hurt. The brush used on the top of my feet was awful. I realize I had a good bit of dead skin around my big toe, but one bled while she was digging it out. Then, I asked for SNS in French manicure. I was talked into the light pink base. The color is ok, just not what I was really looking for. She used a brush to apply the SNS. Honestly, I think it was just acrylic, but she said no. Bubbles under several nails and one is not straight. I can live with it, but what I paid was outrageous. Won't be back sadly because they all were very nice.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. It is the only place I will go. They do a great job and it is a very friendly comfortable atmosphere. I definitely recommend?

The work these ladies do is phenomenal. I've never had my nail jobs to last so long, but I'm so glad to see them last for at least two weeks. I highly recommend them!
