“Yesterday, my husband and I rented a van from this U-Haul location. Our Kiwanis club had a toy drive and we needed it to help with the toy collection. Anyhow, I set up the rental online, which was easy. I also went ahead and uploaded our driver's license information and that drastically helped when we went to pick up the van. Everything went smoothly in regards to picking up and dropping off the van. Here's where they lose a star. There was a sign that said masks were required to enter the store, but NONE of the employees were wearing a mask. This was concerning to my husband and me. We wiped the van down on the inside to make sure it was clean. I'm not sure if I'd rent from this location again. I'd prefer one of the locations closed to my home if they vehicle I need.”

I highly recommend visiting the location in person versus contacting the national reservation line. If you have ever done that then you know how much of a nightmare that experience can be. Cut through the middleman and stop in and deal with these professionals directly. I can assure you, you will be very glad that you did!”
