1. Delivered a damaged shower door to our residence for install.
2. Ordered a replacement door that was on back order.
3. Realized after several weeks that the replacement door they selected was on back order.
3. Ordered a different replacement door without consulting us.
4. Communicated that they were not going to absorb the additional cost of the replacement door.
5. Have not communicated what that additional cost will be.

Tool selection is great. They everything you need plus some to install the wonderful products they have. Wonderful showroom and even better people! Chris Word is a great resource for contractor or Diy projects. Jessica and Christopher are wonderful for all sales.

This company is awesome to work with! A special shout out to Chris Work who assisted me with getting a certain kind of floors for me. His responsiveness and communication were stellar! Wonderful customer service. I had to order floors through this company two times and BOTH times realistic expectations were set up in terms of delivery time and BOTH times I got the floors much faster than expected, even though my orders were placed around the holidays. I was promptly notified when the floors arrived and picked up my order the same day. I couldn’t be happier!

Worked with Nicole on kitchen cabinet design on s couple projects. She's very helpful and helps guide the selection process based on her expertise. They have several vendors for cabinets and all other building supplies.

Had them match some flooring. It was the wrong color, not even close. Tried to get a refund, but they would not accept the return. Huh? The owner sees this review and tells me to call Chris in the showroom. Yeah, I already did that before writing this review. Here's a photo of the flooring they "matched" for me, and would not let me return.

Nicole at Prosource was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly helpful assisting me with custom molding I was trying to locate to match my existing cabinetry. My husband and I recently purchased our kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace cabinets and shelves here. Such a great experience! We spent a couple of days visiting several locations and no other place could compete with the service received. Nicole was sooo easy to work with. Where do I start? The drawings were beautifully done, she took time to explain everything so well, communication was A+. I mean, I would send an email and her reply would come in almost immediately. She even scheduled a zoom meeting with me after she left the office ( to accommodate my schedule). Wow! I cannot think of a place that has given such great customer service. Thank you, Nicole!
