The workers Ethan and Kevin had a bad attitude towards customers and didn’t help about what I was there for and gave me subs 2 times the price. Way to pricey for something that won’t hit, me and my guys are a lot cheaper and we guarantee a system that will hit harder. I recommend a different place, not going back. Sad to say I’m 16 and can do A LOT BETTER than men twice or 3 times my age and know a lot more about audio

I have loved Radioactive since day 1 I met that 7 years ago! They’ve taken care of the sound system on my party bus, wrapped my Sprinter Van & made cups for my travel business. I consider them not just a company that keeps my buses sounding great but family!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Brought my son’s truck in for an issue with the radio cutting in and out. They diagnosed the issue (one of the rear speakers was ‘grounding out’), repaired it, verified their work and had it ready all in the same day. The charge was also fair. Very happy and highly recommend! Great job!

Just walked in & asked for a quote on new tires, they were quick to offer options and had the tires on (competitively priced) while I waited less than an hour. great customer service. A few months later my son couldn't keep his car tire inflated. He had been back to the dealership twice. He was going back to school & so frustrated with having to deal with the light always coming on & filling the tire. Windham figured it out, fixed it while I waited and charged such a good price. Honest people, great service. They are my new go to people since I've read all they can do.

I was in radioactive today for the first time and now I understand why they are still in business! Phone calls prior were always kind with great advice, They worked around my schedule and were so nice and informative! I was waiting for an electronic devise to be put in my vehicle and apart from my experience I seen first hand how they handle customers. They’ve been in business as long as I’ve been in Alabama, that’s AT LEAST 2 decades! Fresh coffee in the lobby and as I will definitely mention pricing is so reasonable and everything was done in such a timely manor. Honestly I can’t wait to do more business with them! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!
