The only reason that I am giving this location a star is because you can’t give it zero stars. We booked a room came to check in the staff was rude. We went to the room and it was covered in roaches. I’m not saying that we saw a roach. I’m saying when we open the door and light was shed into the room. An insurmountable amount of bugs begins screening around. The walls came alive with these creatures. When I went straight back to the front desk and told the gentleman that I would be needing a full refund for the room charge, he stated your room is prepaid turned around and walked away. Ignoring me while I called our third-party vendor about the issue. I stay in hotels, about 15 days a month and this was by far the worst service and the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

Only thing was the coffee maker didn't work ?
Nearby activities: Oak mountain concert venue. Five to ten minutes. I-65 and gas ⛽ minutes away.
Walkability: To oak mountain concert venue easy. State Park there to.
Food & drinks: Hooters to Captain-D's. Everything in-between.

Came in and our room had no working lights and the bathroom was filthy. No other rooms were available for that night so they sent us to their sister location. While we were given a refund, they tried charging us again for another room stating that we were already refunded our money. The property manager owns both locations. Was very inconsiderate and rude.

Perfect spot when driving on the interstate because it's literally just minutes from the exit. Restaurants are nearby. Rooms were clean

Rooms were decent but not up to the Ramada standard pre-pandemic. Pool was cloudy and I regretted swimming in the water, an infection formed on one ear piercing and my son got sick.

The room was clean and fairly modern. The TV was a bit on the older side but everything worked as expected. Bed and pillows were comfy and there was no bugs or critters to be found.
The shower had acceptable pressure but wasnt anything to write home about.
Pool was clean and not bad for a highway hotel pool.
The breakfast was a pretty big let down. When I came down at 7AM on Saturday there were 3 stale biscuits and a burrito I wouldnt trust at all, a few muffins and instant grit and oatmeal packets.
All in all for an affordable overnight stay its not a bad choice at all. But management, if you read this, step up the breakfast game.

The night clerk made the mistake of holding onto my spouses id during check in. I'm sure it was a mistake that not even my spouse noticed. It was late we were tired. Problem is we checked out the next day. And after being a couple hours on the road they call to mention ID is in the lobby?? What the heck?? Well long story short we turn around and find out the lobby just did not give the id back at check in. Silly isn't it?? Well I feel like business in America needs to treat customers better because they refuse to take responsibility for their error.... basically they didn't care. So just watch out there. Not so ethical business management. Own it when you screw up Ramada employees

Rooms not very clean, weird smell and noisy. Dead bugs. Guy that worked at night very unpleasant and not friendly. Pillows are small and not comfortable. Probably won’t visit a Ramada again.

Beds were smaller than what was booked and pillows had zero support. Rolled up towels would have been better. Beds were very noisy, couldn’t roll over with alerting the whole/next room.

Me and my fiancé booked a room online. They charged his card and when we got there this guy that worked front desk that night charged his card again also she charge it a $50 deposit that didn’t even showed up on the receipt. Then the guy goes on to tell us that our bank statement was a lie. They charge his card for a total of $210. When we only was there for one night and it was suppose to be $80. He charge the card for the $50 without even telling us. Also he didn’t even give us a receipt we had to ask for it. So we waited until in the morning for another person at front desk. She did the same thing. They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARDS BLACKS !!!!!!!!!! Especially if you’re young as well. They will keep charging and acting like they don’t know what going on. We disputed the charges. I will never ever go there again and I don’t recommend no black folks or young folks to go there because they will take advantage

Room was clean spacious and as I ordered no complaints Great night sleep breakfast was good in the morning overall high rating will stay here again absolutely no complaints
Night manager very friendly and helpful very welcoming she smiled every time she saw you
Noteworthy details: Very very clean, quiet within walking distance of a cracker barrel gas station and shopping would have loved to shop in the unique shops around it if I'd had time the next day awesome area very friendly staff
