The ceiling tiles are covered in mold, and the building stinks horribly. This is a very toxic building. I got sick just from being in there 15 minutes. There are no plans to fix the building. I asked.

I wanted ones and was told “all we can give you is $500 because the money is packed to be shipped out.” Where is the customer service? Why can’t I get my money when & how I want it? And the teller suggested that I should just go to Wells Fargo!

I deposited a paycheck Monday, drawn from a Regions business account, and asked to have the funds available immediately. The teller assured me that that was no problem at all, and then came back to send my deposit receipt and told me he had done that and the money was now available in my account. When I got to work and checked my balance, it did indeed show those funds. I then proceeded to pay several bills.The next night, at 9pm, I find an email that they have the audacity to call an "advance courtesy notice" of those exact funds being held-- so, definitely not available, even though they had already been deposited-- for several more days. A little confused, as I think "advance notices" are usually issued before something happens and not after. Apparently, Regions needs a dictionary.Now, the seven bills I paid with the money that was deposited have all bounced, as they decided to un-deposit that money rather than anyone letting me know before I spent it that it was, in fact, not there.I'm not sure why anyone would continue to bank with a place that holds paychecks from their own accounts for the better part of a week. And I'm certainly unclear how they think it's a fair practice to not only hold a check like that, but to retroactively hold it. AFTER the bulk of it was spent.Customer service was, naturally, utterly useless. So now I get to start my day tomorrow by going into a place I'd like to never see again.

I went in to get my sister an account under my name , he sees that my account is in negative he made jokes about it , was going on & on about it for 15 min . Very embarrassed. & I will not be back . Somethings are not meant to be said his name is Dennis by the way

I go here daily, and let me just say the whole staff is a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. They are also able to get any problems you may encounter fixed immediately. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I am happy to call this Regions my bank. Tatiana and Kasey are the best
