Took my car to Retired Rides for engine swap and suspension upgrades and man did I get a surprise. Went to Check on my car several times over the course of the stay and in January 2023 4 days before I was set to pick my car up somehow the car had been on fire and burn all of my brand new parts and engine wires. I was very surprised to find this out cause no one called and told me that this happened I found out on a Friday evening to check on my car and I was talking to the shop manager Matt at the time and he had not mentioned anything had happened they was trying to cover this whole thing up. Steve one of the new owners along with Greg ensured me that will take full responsibility and restore my car back to its original shape but that did not happened they refused to replace parts that was burned and should have been replaced cause these are all brand new parts they cleaned up and reuse them also they did not replace my engine harness sone of the wires have melted ends totally unacceptable they repainted my hood and fender and does not match with the original paint I am 100 percent dissatisfied and will escalate this matter

I can not say enough good things about this shop. Greg and his staff are extremely professional and skilled at what they do. If your looking for an honest, top quality performance shop this is where you need to go. I really wish I could of found these guys earlier. Their knowledge and experience would of saved me from spending so much wasted time and money at another local shop.Thank you Retired Rides!

I can't say enough good things about Greg Tope and Retired Rides. He rebuilt the engine in my '65 Corvette, as well as other electrical work. I wouldn't trust my Corvette to anyone else. He is extremely knowledgeable with fair pricing and unbelievable customer service. He has a great team of guys working with him to look after your ride. Thanks Greg! You are the best in the business!

Greg and his team do fantastic work, they are quick, and very knowledgeable both over the phone and in person. They don’t try to gouge you over repairs. They tell you simply what they recommend and leave the decisions to you. I’ll never take my vintage cars anywhere else

Took my car in for repairs and interior customizing. I was charged $2 thousand for a new dash for which I provided the materials. I was charged $1 thousand to repair a faulty turn signal. Overall, I was charged $6,200. They performed some steering column work and later the steering column detached from the engine bay...at speed! They did an alignment and put the front tires into a full inch toe, causing excessive tire wear. They did rear axle work and now the rear axle needs to be replaced. I have to spend $5 thousand just fixing their work, not to mention their work had me driving a car down the highway with a suddenly detached steering column. If you want shoddy, over-priced, late work done on your car which may kill you, go to Retired Rides.
