I am so appreciative of the kindness Cyrus and Lauren have showed to me. Difficult events I have had to endure for years and I have received kindness, understanding and assistance from Selective Management because of Cyrus and Lauren. Previously, I was not given consideration and was bullied with fines, even after specific requests for reasonable accommodations of my disability under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), as are required in housing under two Federal Laws administered by two Federal Offices responsble for receiving Complaints - The Department of Justice administering the ADA and Housing and Urban Development administering The Fair Housing Act. More concerning to me were three other residents who felt similar disparate treatment for being Disabled. They were older than I. I thank the Charleston Square Homeowners Association's Officers and Board Members for choosing this office of Selective Management, which has been accessible and pleasantly helpful, employing people who respond promptly to calls and who are interested in helping all residents. Please keep this great service to our Community. Happy Holidays to everyone.

Kudos to Shelby who manages our business condo association for the recent coordination of roof and interior repairs. She negotiated a response from the insurance company in record time and dispatched repair crews that were timely, professional, and performed work that exceeded our expectations. I really appreciate Shelby's efficiency, but more so the level at which she communicated expectations to us along the way.

I am an owner of a professional commercial condo unit in Indian Village area outside Birmingham. Selective Management Services manages the complex. I have been absolutely thrilled with the outstanding communication by Shelby who is our contact person from Management. I had a leak in unit and she had a roofer diagnose the issue in less than 4 hours. Thereafter, she handled arranging the roof repair as well as the internal work that the roof leak engendered. Her emails were to the point and her replies to my inquiries were admirably efficient. I just wish that I could clone her for my other properties!

My wife and I have been homeowners in Park Trace in the Trace Crossings Community 14 years. I have found SMS to be courteous, helpful and responsive when addressing any concerns I may have raised.

Working with SMS has been a pleasant experience. A live person answers the phone or returns a voicemail and you can't beat that these days. Their prompt attention to community matters has made them a valuable asset to our neighborhood.

I booked the sterling knight clubhouse from 10-4 today. It's 11:15 and we are still locked out with no word from management. As a commercial real estate professional. I don't recommend this company or using any of their rentals on important occasions. Our baby shower may be at the house after all!

We have found the services
of SMS management to be very beneficial to our community. Their staff is eager to assist and advise in many areas of home ownership within a HOA structured development. Whether it’s information regarding by laws, handling conflicts within the community,
communicating with vendors who work in the community to make it the best it can be. Ownership and staff is always professional,
friendly and knowledgeable and
quick to respond to inquires.

We’ve been working with Selective management since our HOA was first formed, they have been very helpful in helpful in establishing an HOA in our community. Out property manager, Mark Lebeau has been very professional and has been a huge help not only to our Board but also the residents of Abington by The River, he and the company are quick to respond to any concerns and make every effort to correct any issues . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you’re looking for a great, reliable and professional management team

SMS has been managing my neighborhood for many years. I've been here for 5 of them. The team is responsive and works hard to serve the board and us as homeowners. We are thankful for hard working folks like Lauren who help our community run soothly. Sure, there are issues along the way but nothing they haven't been able to handle and overcome with ease!

Poor management of this business all around. They like to take your money and produce nothing. In the 2-3 years our neighborhood was under this managment company our neighborhood has gone to the dogs. These people do not honor their word in working for you. A complete joke. Do not waste your time or money taking a chance with these people.

We pay almost $900 a year in HOA fees to SMS and can’t get them to respond to our needs as a community in Lake Cyrus. The pool has been consistently out of order this summer due to improper maintenance and neglect. The front fountains of our community are often dirty and don’t work. Many other homeowners say they have tried to contact SMS with no reply.
