Kristen is a super nice lady, and went above and beyond the call of duty trying to help us out. Ultimately we were unable to make it work. It was due to our furniture sizes only.
Terrace 31 is a great place. Neat, clean and well-run. If you’re looking for a nice place to live, give Kristen a call!

I came in for a tour and additional info and I have NEVER had a better experience than i did with the manager Kristine! She was so sweet we had great conversation and she bounced between helping me and another family effortlessly. She did a wonderful job breaking everything down for me and I cannot wait to be a resident there!

Been living here for 3÷ years now and quite frankly, it has been great! Being that this apartment complex is off the beaten path, it offers a great deal of peace and quiet, which i am so grateful for. The apartment is an adequate size for me and is near to many shops and the highway for a quick getaway.
The community manager Kristen is a great and thorough addition, working EXTRA HARD and doing the job of ten people to make sure that everyone is taken care of. She is very pleasant and goes the extra mile in making sure that your apartment is right for you. If there is anything wrong, whether by text or paper notification, she is very prompt in letting you know what repairs need to be made or what inspections will happen.
If you are looking for a great place to live, Terrace 31 just may be the place you are looking for!

I have lived in this complex for over a year, and I LOVE it! It is quiet and peaceful. Kristen, the manager is amazing! Maintenance is fast and helpful when you have a problem, and they are on top of pest control. They come spray the inside and outside of the apartments often! When my lease came up for renewal, there was no hesitation to sign again! I love it here!

I have lived here for about five years. The maintenance is good. Management is awesome! She will work with you and is very professional. I saw previous post about roaches….. NOT TRUE!!!!!! I would have been gone a long time ago if so but I’m still here loving the location and everything!

I have a bestfriend that live out here that i have been visiting for years! These apartments have so much potential but the ones i saw had pest!! Roaches to be exact. Roaches are all outside and inside of these apartments crawling i mean EVERYWHERE. Where is pest control??? Where is management??? It is disgusting and corperate needs to do inspections on the living conditions and treat some of these buildings because they have too much potential to be looking like this on the inside. Its not a healthy way to live because there are roaches taking over

Terrace 31, Kristen and other staff have been amazing! My AC went out and in less than 24 hours of putting in the maintenance request it was fixed! They are always friendly and helpful, and they've helped make the complex an inviting and comfortable place to live. I'm very grateful!

WONDERFUL place to live! Great location, beautiful apartments. Kristen and William are always on top of maintenance and very helpful, every interaction is pleasant and professional. Wonderful neighbors and a beautiful view. The best you can get with apartment living!

By far the worst apartment manager "Kristin" I've ever had. Spreads your business. And never fixed anything in my unit. Caused me more problems then the apartment is worth.
