I knew I was not going to get the job. I think sometimes people think you are too smart or too busy for their jobs. It was a good interview but I think I was the wrong color and the pay scale was to low. I wish the company the best but they should had hired me for that job. I am always willing to learn from others and definitely someone that changes things for the better in my life for others

I would never again work for them again it wasn’t al the staff but when there’s a family emergency someone should be able to relief me from my shift.

We came here for an Early Intervention evaluation for my toddler who didn’t end up qualifying (they need to expand what counts as qualifying but that’s not the Arc’s fault) and to sign paperwork for my infant to get early intervention services. They are super friendly and helpful one lady even helped me get my toddler to my car when he didn’t want to leave

My husband and I are proud supporters of The Arc of Shelby County. The services they provide help so many children, families and individuals with special needs. I've never met a kinder, more motivated group of people. They truly love helping others and it shows. This organization is AMAZING and we will continue to support The Arc for many years to come.
