“So my husband and I had the pleasure of looking for him a truck and boy was it stressful but as soon as we walked in and met Eric Bailey it went so much better. We ended up buying a Toyota Tundra and we loved it. Eric had bought some running bars for it that hadn't came in yet and when they did he called us to come and get them which was shocking to get a new part for the truck which made us love the truck even more. We'll unfortunately this past December my husband was in a wreck and totaled our Tundra. We were happy no one was hurt during the accident but we were so sad to have lost the truck. So we texted Eric he was quick to tell us to come look at the trucks he has in stock and pick what we liked. So we went and my husband found a 2015 Chevy Silverado that he loved. So again Eric worked his magic. When we got home a couple days later we realized the ac didn't work. One call to Eric and it was taken car of. Eric is always my first text when we start shopping for a vehicle!!! Kind, Honest, and Trustworthy is how I would describe him! So thankful for Eric and his business!!! “I have been looking for a SLK 300 low miles for months. I have spoken to several dealerships around the nation. Everyone of them gave me the run around or had multiple fees that increased the price well beyond the original listing price. Then I found Drivers Way and Austin. They had just taken the vehicle in on trade and Austin sent me detailed pictures and addressed all of my concerns. “I purchased a 2021 F350 from them around Thanksgiving. I would like to say that it was a very good experience dealing with them. Shannon was very upfront in letting me know of any minor defects with the truck and maintained excellent communication with me via email. When I registered the vehicle at the Alabama DMV, I was required to pay some back taxes. I promptly notified Shannon and she was able to reimburse me for that amount.
