By far the slowest Walgreens on the entire earth. I’m not really sure why I keep coming back here to get my prescriptions filled… I guess because it’s the closest one to my place of residence. I could probably go to the next nearest Walgreens, pick up my prescription and by the time I got back home I’d probably still be waiting in line at this Walgreens

This place has gone downhill. You used to be able to place an order for same day pickup. Now, the earliest you can select is next day (which is still okay), but they don’t even make a half-hearted effort to meet that deadline either.Basically, Walgreens’s motto has become, “you’ll get your meds whenever we feel like.”

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Waiting for pain medicine over 3 hours. I'm going to find a new pharmacy

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Workers in pharmacy acted like I was invisible. No one helped me and walked around in front of me without even acknowledging I was there. I was there with my elderly mom for her booster appt. I ended up going to CVS. Wouldn’t recommend this Walgreens.

If it were possible to leave Zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate. This is by FAR the worst pharmacy and needs a complete over hall. From management to pharmacist. To be clear, I completely understand the struggles we all have for finding employees at the moment. What you don't realize, or just flat out don't care about is the fact that MANY of your customers that come in for prescriptions are going through an illness, some have minor illnesses, some have major illnesses. The point is we rely on YOU and your staff to not only do your job, but also to show just a little compassion when you're questioned about the script, or when it may be ready. Some of us have more to worry about than discussing where we are going to eat lunch today "while ignoring the customer". All in all, just be better.

Today was my first time shopping at this location. I was able to find everything I needed easily! Every staff member that happened to walk past me greeted me with a smile and said hello. The guy working checkout was super friendly and had a fun sense of humor! I had an excellent experience here and would definitely recommend!

Had to get my son's medicine and employee told another employee "let me close down my dwar before someone else comes in." while I was standing there trying to get there attention. I guess I should have thrown something at them. Have some worthless @** people working at places that are meant to help people. Wish I had took a picture of the employee's to give them full recognition. Now this is the one beside IHOP

SORRY STORE AND PHARMACY I really dislike this place & staff in General.. They are very rude and very unprofessional. There phones always out/hanging up on people this is a company how your phones dont work? I moved to this area 2monthes ago and still having to deal with the most unprofessional people. I could have stayed in the Bessemer Area clearly the grass no better over here... After today like any other days dealing with this store I'll never be back I would rather die before I come back there and go through the extra for my meds you can keep it... You welcome...

I am not a fan of store cards and sales that claim savings that are highly skewed. The store feels dated, which reflects directly on my willingness to spend money on food (is it expired?) and any kind of more costly products (there is probably a newer version). Staff is friendly and responds fast to a longer line.

I just changed all of my prescriptions over to Mills Pharmacy. Trust me, this place(Walgreen's) has enough business without yours or mine. This is my most recent experience: I went through the drive-through window last week to pick up my meds(42 minute wait). Upon getting to the window, the girl says "I have 4 for you." I get home to discover that only 3 were in the bag. A couple of days later, they call me to tell me I have a prescription to pick up. Today, I go through the drive-through again(5th car, 38 minutes in line), and upon getting to the window, guess what. Yep, they let me pay my co-pay again! I told the young girl the situation and she said she could ask about it. I told her "Absolutely not. I don't want the people behind me to wait any longer than they already have." The $5 isn't the issue at all. Waiting in line for an extended amount of time every occasion is an issue. Swap over to Mills Pharmacy. You'll thank me later.

Logan (pharmacy) was a tremendous help when I ran out of anti-stroke Meds 12/18/'21 while on a trip from Florida. Thanks for the extra effort and call back.

This is by far the most unprofessional Walgreens that I have encountered. I was sent over from another location to this location to receive a vaccine that was not in stock. Upon arriving, I completed my paperwork, talked with others waiting, and was assured that I would have a wait time, but not a long one. I sat for 40+ minutes waiting on that one shot that literally took the pharmacist all of 1 minute and 30 seconds. During that wait, the pharmacist completed 5 shots in under 10 minutes but refused to take that extra minute to complete my service. I had to inquire 3 separate times about the wait. The final time, I asked “will my shot be completed before the meal break” and she smartly replaced “absolutely” as she continued on with other things. The staff members were apologizing for the behavior of the pharmacist. Not to mention, she’s the pharmacy manger, she sets the tone. It was indeed utterly disrespectful, disregarding, and all out unprofessional.

I don’t really know what to say. This is about the pharmacy, and not the general store. Place always seems to be busy, and always seems to be understaffed. It’s pretty frustrating. I would say it’s maybe because of a lack of applicants, but there aren’t any “help wanted” signs. Either offer more money for your applicants, or hire more people.
