They do not serve the lobby, and whenever I go to use the ATM, most of the time it is out of service, they should change to a new machine, that makes it a terrible service for me

Got auto loan, all papers were not sent to auto dept., came back again, only 2 non tellers working at 1:30 pm - both busy. I have to return yet again. They should pay me $100 for my time.

I was just at the bank a couple minutes ago and the teller that helped me came from the drive thru. Her name was Tangee and she was very rude. I have over $150,000 going in and out of that bank every year . I've been banking with them for 10 years now (Wachovia) and no one ever talk to me like I was their little cousin. With their eyes rolled in their hands on their hips thanks Tangee. I felt like I was at McDonald's.
