America's Thrift Stores & Donation Center is a clean and organized store. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and considerate. Clothes are arranged by style and sizes, which is helpful for shopping. Shoppers find great prices and great deals on designer names, brands, jeans, and items like clothes, electronics, books, and bedding. The store sees changes and new stock regularly, though some note prices have gone up and that items can sometimes be tossed here and there or not very organized in some departments. A significant downfall is the lack of a dressing room. Their policy offers only store credit, not a refund, for items that do not fit, which some customers find disappointing. Despite this, many visit frequently, shopping weekly or on more than one occasion, and are sure to find something on their next trip.

All the employees were nice and practicing safety by wearing a mask. Nice and organized.

Had a ton of choices, mostly decent prices. And soooooo much Christmas Clothes, trees decorations. The employees were super nice & very helpful & so we're the customers. Lol
