I can’t trust these people. I don’t feel they stand behind previous work done. When my wife’s car was brought back to them to fix what I believe was problem previously repaired, instead of fixing it, they diagnosed and repaired another problem without knowledge or consent then charged for the repair. I learned about Apex Vehicle Services from a radio add. I had taken an older car to 2 places before going to Apex. Both places charged me a ton of money. For wrong diagnostics, and parts I didn’t need. From the first call to Apex. It was a pleasure. Everyone I spoke to, were happy to answer any questions, and very knowledgeable.

That was my first review. Was so excited to actually have a company. That I thought was going to do something right. I paid a few dollars short of 600.00. To have a fuel pump put in. That I was told would fix the issue. I was having. The fuel pump didn’t even phase the issue. It was a total waste of money. The car is doing exactly what it was doing before I dropped it off.
Which let me be honest. I HATE that it is. I was so excited to find a mechanic shop. That could be trusted.

A 5 star review is definitely warranted. Fast, friendly, and very thorough. Very honest on all they do. Just replaced a blown fuse, instead of parts. Great deal on tires. Donna is a diamond.

Spent almost $6k on new front end, rear shocks, tires and rides like a bouncing buggy.
