Joseph Huffstetler, the comment before me. You can call 911 without a sim card. All he needed was his phone. The employee Allison is a hard worker as well as the manager. I'm sure they did as well as they could given what they have to work with.

Gets five stars due to the employee that helped us today! I share an account with my family, have since 98! Way before it was AT&T!! The young woman who helped us was amazing, she went above and beyond to help us as well as a few other groups of people that walked in all close to the same time, and as we walked in her manager was walking out and that limited her access to certain areas of account management and would have to call her manager every time she had to pull up someone’s account(when they didn’t have any of their information)If I was managing this location I would be giving her a lot of credit and a nice raise! She definitely deserves it! As just while I was there she was unable to help a couple that was there as per what her manager was telling her over the phone!! Unfortunately I only write this due to the couple needing help getting a disabled man a SIM card in the phone he had as he would be alone and unable to contact emergency services if needed! As a former EMT for me that was just unacceptable!! Plain and simple, the man should have been allowed some sort of alternative to his needs! For this only I say that the manager of the store should have made this a much higher priority!! It was closing time, so I understand that but from what the woman that was with the man was saying that he would be alone and nothing and nobody to help him if he did or does need emergency medical attention!!I understand that the employee has no control over these things but to ask and make the manager aware of the circumstances, for me personally as said due to my past profession this just wasn’t acceptable! The manager should have figured out something for at the very minimum the man to have a way to reach some sort of emergency services as it wouldn’t have been that hard and the employee probably didn’t know that there was a lot more she could have done to help that man! Again not the employees fault!! The manager just said no and to go to the Leeds store and this took place right around closing hours for both locations!!I have honestly never had a very pleasant experience at this particular location until today! And I say that ONLY DUE TO THE EMPLOYEE WORKING AT THAT TIME! The employee didn’t have full access or control over the systems making it hard for her to help the man. She tried everything she could! As I said she definitely deserves a raise or better access to accounts and the internal systems of AT&T!!So ultimately from what I saw the manager just said wait till tomorrow, well for a person like that man that has serious health problems, he should have either done his job and come back to the store and “managed” the situation or give up his title and allow the employee specifically the young woman whom I had the pleasure of upgrading my phone with, to be allowed to make larger decisions on matters of such urgency and importance!! So I hope that the manager will see this or even the general manager and understand that the customers were not getting the service they deserved! Although the employee was trying to give as much advice, information, guidance as to what they should do for the disabled person! If this was my company and I do own a business this would have been unacceptable, and the manager that left midday would not be coming back to work until he understand the gravity of situations such as that!Truly a pleasure meeting and doing business with the young woman that helped me and tried her best to help the others that were there!!Take note! She was running the store without full access to the companies full capabilities…. I could tell she felt terrible not being able to help, but that isn’t on her! That carries over to the manager who was not present from 2:30 to close! She even kept the store open past the operating hours to try and help these people!!! So if the General Manager sees this and would like more information please reach out! I’ll leave on the fact that this young lady was above her level and left to do a job w/o the tools!Again give this young lady a raise!

As soon as we walked into the store, we were helped immediately. Considering the reason we were there, we were always updated about what was next. Everything was perfect, Nick was very respectful and made sure we were comfortable.

they will lie and tell you a good deal and they will tell you to call back in 24 hours and then they tell you something different and steal your number and deactivate your number from other carrier and claim they didn’t have a recording from before.

Loved all the customers except for Abby Mitchell she was the rudest lady to all of us the moment she came in. I make mistakes and I tried fixing the problem by giving her credit or exchanging the phones. She decided to keep the phones, she just wanted to come in one more time to act like the little child she is.

The employees at the Pell City AT&T have no idea what they are doing!! My husband and I came in to upgrade our phones. After being sold 2 iPhone 13 at $180 per phone ($5 a month for 36 months) we leave the store happy with the purchase. We look at the emailed receipt shortly after leaving the store to see that the phones were going to cost a total of $360 per phone ($10 a month for 36 months). That is double what we were told the phones were going to cost. We call the Pell City AT&T store to explain that the receipt is not adding up to what we were told. Jordan H, the man that sold us the phones said the receipt is correct and that promotion had expired. The manager Nick said we could come back and return the phones or keep the phones at $360 per phone. Don’t use the Pell City AT&T unless you want to waste your time.

Do not go here. I live in IL and they used my account to ring a customer up. The manager’s name is Dakota. He’s a scammer.

After a bad deal from a non-affiliated third party AT&T vendor at Sam's Club, I went to these guys to help me. Even though I wasn't their customer, I was treated with respect and they helped me resolve an issue. If I ever consider AT&T again, this is the store I'll go to.
