Dalton was amazing!! He listened to what we wanted and showed us all of our options. He was very knowledgeable about options in each living room set we looked at and warranty options. He wasn't pushy and stayed within our budget. Can't wait for it to be delivered!!

We put 2 chairs on hold. One was in the Pell City store. The other was in the Oneonta store. The manager of the Pell City store said she would hold to see if there would be a Labor Day discount. When I went to see about getting the chairs, the Oneonta store had sold the chair. There was never anyone in the Pell City store the times we went in. Now I know why!!

I recently purchased a living room set and dining room set from the pell city Badcock store when we ordered it we were told there would be no problem, delivering after 4 PM, and no problem delivering if all pieces were not in, they would deliver the other pieces later. We were later told that they could not split the order so we canceled the dining room set due to the fact that all the dining room set would not come in together and this would delay the delivery. I even offered to pick up the parts that would come in later, and they said that cannot be done when the living room suit arrived. We were forced into a time that did not work for us, so had to pay someone to be there to except the delivery, we didn't get home that evening and part of the recliner would not recline back in immediately notify the store that evening and it is now seven days later, and no one from the store has reached out to come to a conclusion on getting it repaired I even purchase the extended warranty service plan so this is totally unacceptable. I've been reached out to Badcock corporate to find out that this is a privately owned store not owned by the corporation so they could do a little to help me. They did say that there was a request for the repair to be done, but the repair was noted to the wrong part of the living room set. I will never recommend this particular store again this is the first time I've had issues with Badcock period. We are supposedly set to have a repair done next Thursday, which is two weeks after the original delivery date for a piece that was delivered damaged but yet no one has contacted me to even let me know that this was scheduled and to see if times would work for me.

Delt with this company for years and never had a bad experience, until our last purchase. We ordered a living room set, got delayed almost a full week but they had only told us about one delay. My wife had to call multiple times to find out where our stuff was. Finally after multiple delays, and them being unhelpful throughout the process, we received only part of our order. After finding out that they never ordered all of it, we asked for them to atleast take the first payment away, or even lower the price until we received all of the set. Apparently they can't do that and its going to be over a week before we receive the rest. Highly do not recommend, or atleast proceed with caution, and make sure you receive all of your order.

Very happy with our dealings with Badcock a few weeks ago. We have shopped there a few times over the years. They were very kind and helped us out and we bought 2 beautiful recliners that were delivered as promised, no delay! Thank you

Went there to look at furniture and they had the wrong price on a set. The sales clerk was unhelpful and was not willing to honor the price. Not interested in doing business there ever.
