Today in afternoon i was in this store met girl named SY she was all by her self she was trying best to avoid customers queries she didn’t had any knowledge about her product i drove 25 miles to know about your product my time and gas wasted this girl was good for nothing i don’t understand how untrained people are handing the business

I don’t typically leave reviews but I had to come brag on amber. She’s great! You can tell she truly wants to help whoever walks in that door. She was wonderful with helping me get my new phone and transferring all my pics/contacts. I even got to watch her with other customers who came in while I was waiting and each one of them she did her very best to help and assist them. She’s ver kind and sweet.
Update: I wanted to come back to warn people. DO NOT GET A RENEWED PHONE. I got the renewed iPhone 12. Renewed is when they have a used phone but fix it and sell it again. Well my phone definitely wasn’t fixed. It’s giving me nothing but trouble since day 5 after getting it. They shouldn’t even sell these. I’m so upset. I got this phone in mid june and I’m pretty sure it’s on its last leg. The phone will just cut off at 20%. It doesn’t hold a charge, it’s just getting worse by the day. Also when I first noticed it giving me trouble I did attempt to call to see what they could do but the manager of the store did not want to take it back instead I had to play a back and forth game between the store and this boost number he wanted me to call. The number I called wants to me send in the phone first so they can be sure it is faulty but that would leave me with no phone for possibly 2 weeks. Which I can’t do. So I’ll just be switching back to my old provider. Learned my lesson.

I went to boost mobile store after having major unforgivable issues with cricket. Shell was there to help me out and was absolutely the best ever. She sympathized with me on why my cricket phone was having issues, she pointed out some great products boost had and didn't pressure me at all in switching she gave me great advice and told me step by step how the process worked to switch and keep my number.She absolutely made my day better, and she's the reason I have boost. I don't think any other person would have been able to switch me like she did. She cared, but did not put unnecessary pressure on me which made me feel welcome and appreciated, which is more than I can say for cricket. Every time I go to pay my bill, shell is there and greets me so kindly and always remembers me and my name! That's customer service!!!!!!!!!!I've never had such great service anywhere else and I've held phones with cricket, Verizon, straight talk, at&t, and more over the years. I've been recommending boost to my friends but only if they go in there when Shell is there. I trust that woman with alot, and boost mobile is going to lose me as a customer if they lose her as an employee because she's absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you go in for a new phone or anything, please ask for her!!!!!

Michelle was very helpful when it came to figuring out my bill that I had been in there many times with the other girl to figure out and was not. Michelle was able to get on the phone with the manager and within a few minutes it was taken care of. Everytime we have been in there she has been very friendly to us and has made us feel welcomed. We will continue to go back into the store to deal with only her.
