Ed, the man behind the counter, is extremely knowledgeable about everything dish as well as a "straight shooter". Let him know what you're looking to do and he'll have the answers. Tim, the guy doing the hard labor, is just as friendly and is just as knowledgeable. Between the two, customer service can't get any better!

I love that Cabletown offers the same deals as 1-800 DISH but you can deal with local people and local customer service. They are much faster on service calls and installation than calling the 1-800 #. Cabletown takes care of it's customers.
