If it wasn't bad enough that FedEx has delays on most of their shipments, but when they lost a valuable and time sensitive shipment no one in the company was willing to help resolve the issue. From customer service reps, to terminal managers and dispatch agents, to local branch managers none were willing to try and fix the issue. This is similar to 2020 when they had a driver shortage and failed to meet delivery dates sometimes by several weeks. It seems like they are back in a Covid-era staffing shortage with no concession to the end user for mishaps. I recommend avoiding FedEx courier and freight services until they can fix their internal issues.

Didn't carry boxes or the ability to print labels. I'm sure the service is great but someone told me on the phone they did before I went there to get disappointed

Left the package on the front porch under the eave of the roof in the rain. Didn't even have the decency to knock on the door. Completely soaked the entire package. I was home. No knock on the door, nothing. Good Job, FedEx. NOT

Had a FedEx express van use my driveway as a turn around and ran over my water meter and the metal rods and the wooden box that was built around it so people could see it and NOT run over it, have the van on camera , did not attempt to fix or even leave a note, company has been called ,still no reply
