We drove an hour to this store for picture frames to use for our wedding celebration, one week from today. Two store associates went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find these picture frames for me that weren’t yet on the sales floor (& were also out of stock at all other local five belows)
10/10 recommend this location!!
Would give customer service 10 stars if i could!

The store is clean and nicely stocked! However, if it is required that an associate checks you out, that should be a requirement for everyone! I was told by the associate that she had to scan my items herself, which was fine until another customer walked up to another scanner and she was allowed to do it herself! So, yes I watched for a few minutes after she completed my checkout! They are selective with who they checkout and who can check themselves out! I won’t be returning this one! They made me feel like I had done something to cause their mistrust! I only had my wallet, and I had a dress on! The way they watch “certain”people is wrong! I will just drive further to Oxford! They don’t have self but not self checkout, and they don’t stare at you like they’ve just seen a rare unicorn or something! If the associate is supposed to check you out, don’t have it set up like self checkout and allow “certain” people to check themselves out! That’s not good, hospitable business! Treat EVERYONE the same! All of OUR money is the same!

My experience was okay until I went to SELF checkout. It made me so uncomfortable when an employee was watching over me literally 1 or two feet away. Holding the bag open for me every time I put something in. I get they may have done it to be nice, but I’ve had an employee watch over me and others like that every time…

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STORE!!!! GREAT STAFF AND SO FRIENDLY. ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS TO SHOP AT. TANNER AND MARCY ARE MY FAVS!!!!!!!:))))))

Came in to get a few last minute Christmas gifts when my husband and I came up to the checkout area there was trash everywhere on the floor. We couldn't even tell what self checkout area was ready and when we found one I slipped on a bag walking to it (thankfully I didn't fall and land on my stitches) when the employee with glasses and black hair saw all she said was they were busy and then she went behind the counter and started to eat chips

Awesome store, and as soon as you walk in, we were met with sweet employees greeting us and asking did we need help with anything. We met the store manager and she was just the nicest. The store was very well kept, and very well organized. We are definitely coming back! We love it! Thank you for coming to Pell City! ❤️

It's kind of nice but only one checkout in the whole store. They're not gonna use the self checkouts. I waited over forty five minutes in line before I got checked out. That's ridiculous.
