I worked for this company for a little over 8 months. After a few months management wasn't so good once Keith and kio left management was as supportive. There was no support in south carolina at all. They didn't treat me the same as they did others. Very poor management.

Worked with them for a lil over a year at the location in West Point, ga(Glovis).! It’s a supervisor there that let certain people steal time or don’t show up for work and still get paid. If you question the supervisor or go to HR about it they will fire you.! They dump all the work on the people they not cool with.! I was terminated for no reason and when asked why I’m fired they told me don’t worry about it and to never contact nobody from paragon ever again.! I asked for my termination letter and they will not give it to me.! Be careful when working at this location.!

Corporate was super helpful for me, especially the blonde headed lady - she is super nice!Overall Paragon MFG is a great company to work for and best of all they offer great benefits!
