The pet adoption won't let you pet the cats unless you plan on adopting a cat! How are you supposed to go into a place and promise that your going to adopt a cat while actually looking for a cat bit can't promise you want to buy there cat! I would give this place an absolutely 0 but the other staff members were great!

Very clean and organized. They run sales on dog toys all the time, so it's a great place to stock up for the pets! The staff are really friendly and helpful as well.

Was quite a negative experience for the following reasons: 1. Was not informed when appointment was made rabies vaccination was needed which delayed registration; 2. Had ordered a bath and brush and discussed at booking hair cut only to find out on day of appointment that cut was not included and would need to reschedule for cut; 3. Groomer burdens customer with her workload. I’m a provider in health care and the last thing I tell patients is how many folks I have to see. It’s not their problem. The groomer has control over her workload and should be professional enough to understand customers do not want to hear how overloaded you are. Would not recommend. There are other places more professional and I will not be returning..

*Shout Out to Petsmart in Pell City*I try really hard to be nice, but often times, businesses have people who are down right rude. I’ll think if I didn’t need whatever it is they have or if I didn’t need to save money, I wouldn’t return. If you’re rude or mean to me, I’ll give it right back. You can look under my name on google and see the amount of reviews I’ve given and most aren’t good. I want to give Petsmart in Pell City kudos! Those people go over and beyond to treat you and your pet well. Tabitha, the manager, helped me answer any questions I had. I explained to Hailey, the groomer, my dog had extreme anxiety and most likely wouldn’t do well. She was perfect and beyond sweet. She never huffed and puffed or acted frustrated in the least. I bragged to the manager in regards to herself and Hailey before I left. Those two are an asset to the company and anyone who deals with people could learn so much from both of them. Go shop and give them your money!
